Now that there is a new board system with names and ready or not, a 6 piece combo on a Tuesday takes 1.5 hours from start of placing order to dining. Need another Wingstop in the vicinity cause this place is packed EVERY NIGHT. Super busy and “ready time” when placing order on app, is ALL THE WAY OFF, 15 mins? Then you head there and wait an hour - for 6 wings - I can’t!

Sat night I walk in to eat wash my hands I made it as far as wash my hands! There was a disgusting manager there that had the lobby a mess!!!! The bathroom was disgusting!!! Who checks on them to make sure there running the fast food in a clean and timely manner!!!!!!’nnnn

Always do a moble order for pick up, normally and hour to 2hours in advance. Without fail always a 30min wait past scheduled pick up time. Staff frequently standing in the back one there phones watching videos even when the manager tells them to stop. The waiting area is always packed with people due to long wait times, and I don't think I've seen a clean table or empty trash in the last 5 years of going there. Food is hit or miss sometimes the order is correct but you order a 6 piece and end up with like a 4 1/2.
