We went to zaika a few months ago, the food was delicious back then. We went again last night and food was not good at all. We ordered noodles and it was full of ketchup, and they remade and were sweet ( as if someone has put sugar in it). Also ordered malai kofta which had only 3 koftas and full of oil. They changed chef and this new chef doesn’t seem to have an idea how to cook. We will never be going there ever again. Such a waste of money going there .. they should taste the food before they serve it, to have an idea what they r serving people

Great Indian restaurant with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent and our server was really good, friendly, and very helpful throughout the visit. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

I had a very bad experience at Zaika Restaurant. The samosa had almost no filling and was extremely oily. On top of that, the prices are way too expensive compared to other restaurants that offer much better quality. The spring rolls were also ridiculously overpriced, and it was obvious they weren’t even freshly made they tasted like frozen ones from Costco, just fried and served. Definitely not worth the money. I will never go there again.

We went yesterday night they don’t have bartender and then asked for wine they filled the glass till top and food serving bowl is so bad they serve dal and paneer first and rice too late and service is so bad and slow and I hair in there parantha so bad feeling after that .. bad experience they have to close that place.

I really really appreciate you guys for firing the another lady as she was very rude and hiring PALAK such a sweet lady and who knows how to treat their guests on call and how to greet the guests when they visit your store….. the food which i told her to be spicy it was exact same finally at Zaika who will listen us 😂😂

We just reached to Zaika India Bistro Bar at 9:00 PM and placed our order. After taking our order, they told us that we couldn't sit inside and eat, and that they couldn't serve us because it was 9:40 PM and their closing time was 10:00 PM. However, there were still about 15 to 20 people eating there. My friend and I were very upset, and this message is for the store owner. We are regular customers, and all of this happened because of the unprofessional customer service staff. The staff is not good because your staff mistreated me I would not recommend this place to anyone because the staff is not good and the service is poor.
