No vegan or gf items !!!! Second time in here, first time they said they were "out" of vegan items. This time they admitted that they only have vegan sausage, and they haven't gotten any in for a while.

The coffee is better then Starbucks. The service is great, and my dog loves them...the pup cups too.

I normally visit the one in Moreno valley. Which is great.
I only recently found out about this one from that shop when I asked if they had another location with a drive thru.

I was so happy to find out this one was on the road I take to work.

My first few visits were okay. My drinks were not as tasty as they usually are at my usual spot but the drive thru service is fairly quick.

But recently I had a bad experience with their take out service.

I walked in with my daughter to get a cold brew coffee and a cupcake. Normally they'll hand you your pastry at the counter as you pay.
I wasn't handed the cupcake so I figured I'd get it with my coffee.

Got my coffee and still, no cupcake. When I asked the employee that was making a drink, he told me to wait and someone else would help me.

No one ever came. I finally had to go to the register and ask for it.
I don't know if that guy was new, but working in customer service myself, I usually tend to the customers needs right away not pawn them off on someone else.

Absolutely love this spot for a bit to eat and drink. Have been to 3 locations and have brought others along❣️

Go here from time to time, it's consistent and good. Had a bad experience with the drive thru once, I ordered off their seasonal menu that's right next to their regular menu and when I asked for it they said they don't sell that there that they never have?(Not that they ran out just
plain didn't sell it) Even after saying it's on their menu they just ignored me. One bad experience wasn't gonna stop me from coming here tho so that should say a lot on its own. Their coffee is great and most of their service too.

Great sandwiches, inconsistent coffees (sometimes the best coffee you’ve ever had and other times mediocre coffee) and inconsistent opening times. Multiple times I’ve arrived there at 6:10am and no one is there. So can’t plan to stop by before work because they may not be opened 🤷‍♂️

This is a lovely little bakery with delicious coffee. The service was polite and pleasant. They offered to warm my scone and making 1/2 decaf latte was no problem.

Would not mind being served by a Robot. The only employee to help out was the male at the register the girls ignored and walked away as I called for help. My order was not called out. Employees were talking amongst each other instead of helping out. Drinks were decent floors could be swept.

We have been coming to this place since they opened and we have loved their coffees and sandwiches. But unfortunately this place has gone so down hill. They are so slow, they have made our drinks wrong, our sandwiches have either been rock hard to the point you can't even eat it or cold. The workers are just plain rude half the time, no costumer service skills at all. For the price I pay it's pointless coming back if they are going to keep making the these mistakes.

This last coffee stop we ordered a horchata cream cold brew and it was all cream and little to no coffee. Not understanding how hard it is to make a coffee.

Very good coffee. Order a pastrami sandwich for breakfast to go, and you will be surprised by the burnt taste ?. Tip: Check before you take it or go to another place that you already know is good.

Great atmosphere. The sandwiches taste great and the coffee is cool. Prices are reasonable too.
