I've been trekking in rush hour traffic to come here all the way from Monterey after work to get water for the past year or so, because I love the water, the Ice cream, and last but definitely most, the warm and friendly attitude of the beautiful people that work here, of whose names, I only know Misters Dylan and Mason...

This place used to be really great and we’ve been going there since 2019 but recently we’ve decided not to go back. On 2 occasions we’ve gotten there 30 mins before closing and both times the red haired guy didn’t want to give us alkaline water because he said it takes too long and they close at 6:30. On the first occasion, another employee interjected that there was in fact time and we got the water. The 2nd time, the other employee wasn’t there and the red haired guy wouldn’t do it. Keep in mind that when they did do it, we got there at 6, got alkaline water and got home by 6:22. Apparently this guy’s job is way too taxing and reading a clock and/or time management is a skill that he simply hasn’t acquired at this stage in his life. You might even consider allowing him to lie down in between customers to conserve energy—assuming he gets up to do his job.
