Our first order they accidentally made two of the first pizza instead of two separate pizzas. I just called them and they realized their mistake and we got 3 pizzas out of it. No big deal.Second time they were made perfectly and it's the second time I have been treated with smiles and politeness when addressed during pick-up. I put on our order that it was for our kids birthday and they said to tell our kid happy birthday for them.Overall great tasting pizza and fantastic service!Dietary restrictions: They have vega and gluten free options.Kid-friendliness: No games or toys but a good place to take kids.Wheelchair accessibility: No power door but there is a wheelchair ram and flat, well maintained sidewalk that is wide enough for people and a wheelchair.
Had some blaze pizza delivered via DoorDash. Man pizza has gotten ridiculous expensive. I was planning on getting mountain mikes but the total was damn near $100 for 2 pizzas and a cheese bread. I ordered 2 large pizzas and a cheese bread through blaze and tipped the delivery driver $10 and it was only $60. The service was quick and the pizza was really good. I really like their vegan crust.

Blaze Pizza is located in Marina near Target and Best Buy. It is definitely not a fancy place and the atmosphere is like a warehouse environment. Concrete floors and the heating and air conditioning systems are noticeable overhead. Customer service was very friendly and the young lady was wearing plastic gloves. I ordered a vegetable pizza and a soda. This restaurant doesn't have a men's bathroom but instead has a transgender LGBTQ bathroom. They also have a women's bathroom. The restaurant could use some cleaning around the soda machine and tables could use some wiping down. Overall the place is alright but not anything that is worth going out of the way for. Price wise it's reasonable and the pizza was actually good. Plenty of parking available and it's a family friendly place. Handicap accessible.

I'd never been to a Blaze before, so as a first timer I appreciated the experience, the way you order, and how quick it is. But the pizza (Art Lovers) had very few actual toppings, and was kind of boring. I probably won't go back, as there are so many other great options out there.

I just want to praise the professionalism of the crew working today. I was picking up an online order that wasn't quite done so I was on my phone and didn't notice until too late that the employee had accidentally cut my vegan pizza with the cheese and meat pizza cutter. Innocent mistake and the employee immediately apologized and offered to remake it. Unfortunately I didn't have time to wait but the employee and manager quickly processed a refund as I didn't feel comfortable eating the pizza. (There was a lot of cheese on the cutter wheel and transfer is an easy thing to happen!) The employee also offered me the pizza to take to go anyway. I felt bad since I didn't end up paying but after being told it would be thrown out otherwise, I brought it to my coworker who said it was tasty. Blaze is usually very conscientious about dietary restrictions and I won't hesitate to go back another time.
