I don't know what Hapa L was on about but it sounds like he was big mad. This store has never been anything like he wrote. Whoppers with nothing but meat patties? And THEN he got sick? That's the kind of BS someone big mad makes and I'm suspecting he was probably unkind to the clerks. Come on dude, if you're gonna make up stories make them plausible. HOWEVER... It's probably a good thing that this location closed, because since 2020, you could tell that there was little to no morale there. One manager just sounded like she was constantly beat down. They had major problems with supply, usually the diet sodas being constantly out, or even out of large cups (Come on, this is America, we're all fat. Large cups should have been 90% of the cup stock). Their worst sin however was advertising cheesy tots and then almost never having them OR not having the foresight to put out a sign on the drive through order board saying so. I used to order them and then laugh at the idea that there would be any there.

This Burger King is the worst and most disorganized Burger King location I have ever experienced or seen. On May 27th, 2022 I wanted junk food and decided on burgers. I ordered 2 Whoopers without cheese and 1double Whooper with cheese. The burgers I received were just meat patties on buns without anything else on them. No lettuce, no tomato, no onions, no pickles, no sauce or mayonnaise, absolutely nothing. I also tried to contact Burger King and had no luck. This restaurant location has issues with employees and they constantly have new people each time I visit. Well I can assure everyone reading this that I will no longer support Burger King and will spend my money elsewhere. Jack in the Box is across the street and there's Habit Burger and other franchise in the area. This sorry restaurant should be avoided. The meat on my buns tasted strange and I became really sick and started to projectile vomit like a scene from the Exorcist. When I phoned Burger King they said not to come back. I most definitely will never return.

This BK is one of the worst, if not THE worst. It's frustrating that the next closest BK is in Castroville or Seaside. It never fails that their drinks are always limited. They're either out of Sprite, Coke, lemonade, or all. The beverage machine here is comparable to the ice cream machine at every McDonalds. So I've figured out a solution! Buy your food at whichever one you prefer (BK or McD's). Get your "$1 any size drinks" at McD's and your ice cream cone at BK. You might have to do a little extra driving, but Marina's small and if you absolutely insist on getting your burgers, fries, drinks and desserts all in place, just go to Jack in the box!

What's going on with this Burger King? So dark in the evening it looks closed. Owner can't afford to replace light bulbs? Feel unsafe just sitting in the parking lot. Went through the drive thru recently and asked if I could use 2 coupons and she said fine. Ordered the 2 Whopper meals for 8.99, Chicken fingers w/frys, 3.99 and an original chicken sandwich she said that'll be 24.00 and some change. When I questioned the amount all she said was I'll give you receipt. . .still didn't explain why my order was still over 24.00.

After over 5 years of not eating Burger King, I was lured into the drive thru by $.37 whoppers and ghost pepper chicken nugget advertisements. Turns out that I did not get either one. Instead, I paid $25 and got regular chicken nuggets. To boot, I ordered sundae pies and was informed at the window that they were out of them when they handed me 2 sundaes that melted on the way home. Looks like it will be another half decade before I try you guys again. 5 guys for me, a restaurant that actually delivers on taste, quality, and order accuracy.

Waited in the drive thru lane for over 30 minutes. That should have been an indicator that something was wrong. When I finally got to the speaker phone the employee says "oh I am sorry we are closed". Upset I walk inside to talk to the manager who explains a cook who was suppose to work OT went home and another cook who was suppose to work didn't show. I am well aware that s*** happens but how about using your brain and coming out to tell me and the other several cars behind me that you won't be able to provide service. No apologies, no I'm sorry for the inconvenience here's a coupon for a future visit, no how can I make this right for you. Not visiting this location ever again.

Good, reasonably priced and tasty. I worked at Burger King I high school 40 years ago, and it is still the same, just as good to me. The service at this one was a bit slow, normally they do a really good job in drive through.
