Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had a great experience at Chipotle. I was waited on by friendly and attentive staff who made sure my burrito was just the way I wanted, with the right proportions. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and overall it was a very good experience.

Most of the time they'll do you good with portion sizes but when they don't the Brian Niccol looks shapes them up.

Food was great. It seems any time during the day they always have long lines. The staff isn’t super welcoming but they do their job and that’s important. The portions on the protein lack, but other than that I think it’s a really good place to grab a meal.

Stingy as hell at this location! They give you the tiniest scoops acting like each peice of chicken comes out there paycheck! Would even go as far as grabbing one small piece of chicken out of your bowl and put it back in the bin.

Chipotle is usually a reliable choice when it comes to price, quality, and portion size. However, I’m not sure what went wrong at this location—despite asking for double meat in my burrito bowl, it looked like they barely gave me a single serving.

They're out of everything and still skimp on the few ingredients they have, while charging full price. If you're out of so many things you should shut down the store

employees rushing and skimping on portions. guy handing out guac gave like 1/2 a scoop which is just wild. do better.

I went to Chipotle 416 and I do my order, and then I normally ask for kids size chips because I cannot finish all of the regular chips and I end up throwing them away and I don't want to waste them. and when I get to the register there is a woman standing next to person who is ringing me up, she was on her phone very sassy and rude. I asked for the kids chips and she blatantly told me that they don't sell them anymore. I see them right behind her and I offered to pay full price for a bag of chips normal size just so I can get a small bag of chips. she tells me that she can't do that and that there's cameras because they don't sell them anymore. when I go get my drink I see a table that has kids size chips. Make it make sense babe. the woman who rang me up for my food was very kind the one on register it was the woman next to the person on register. the person who served me very kind man, and the person who did my Toppings was also a really nice person.

staff act like they're management, actual management nowhere to be seen yet price gouging--greedy and selfish while having fairly disgusting looking/tasting protein options

Today me and my family ordered 3 bowls and short Latina lady was unprofessional not attentive to we asked. My Steak bowl was as well with small portion of steak like others mentioned previously. It seam like I was bothering the server and didn't acknowledged when I told her to only put a little bit of salsa. Instead she ignored me with an upset face and over filled the meal with excessive amounts of both salsas. After wards I've ended with major heartburn. I too won't be going there at all because of my first impression all because the short Latina mid 40s or 50 lady. If she doesn't like her job maybe it's time for another career giving new customers bad service.

Lady that made my bowl tried skimping on my salsa and protein very rude. Guy at the register was very nice best customer service. Dining room filthy.
