The best place for breakfasts in Marina. Hometown feel! The staff is always welcoming and make ya have that coming home feeling to family. Prices are reasonable and food is good.

Was in town to celebrate Valentines Day Weekend on Point Lobos but we were staying in Marina Dunes. Was looking on Yelp to find a local breakfast spot and was fortunate enough to find this awesome Mom & Pop diner with a Filipino twist! The menu offered all the classic American breakfast favorites, but also a Filipino breakfast with a traditional assortment of meats served with the option of fried rice. The kids got the standard eggs, bacon, hash browns (or country potatoes) and pancakes which were great, and I had to go with the Filipino breakfast--and I'm so glad I did. Service was extremely friendly and spot on! We felt very well taken care of the whole meal. I'm wishing this family decades of success bc it looks like we found our go-to breakfast place when we're in town (we come here every year).

Came in for lunch. I have been wanting to try the Loco Moco and it was so good! The meat was flavorful. Everything was good. I asked for extra gravy! So worth it!

My husband and I went on a weekend getaway, we stayed in Marina for the night. We were starving in the morning and wanted a hearty good breakfast. I yelped what breakfast place was near by us and found this place with good reviews. Well it was really good! I got a California omelette that came with a side of hash browns, they were so crispy! The omelette was great and it was big I had to take mine to go. My husband got the 2 egg breakfast, he got bacon and 1 sausage and he loved the sausage! It was quite big, not like the usual breakfast sausage you get at other places. The waitresses were very nice. Our breakfast came out fast. The ambiance is a little old diner but the food is worth going for sure! We definitely recommend this place!

The so called vegan burger was made with oatmeal and whole black beans. Not mashed up. Just soggy oatmeal with whole black besns mixed in it. Disgusting! I slso ordered a side salad. It was a big plate of shredded lettuce with chopped green and sliced white onions with a bit of shredded cheese white onions. This food was so bad it is comical. Horrible!

Es un lugar muy casual y familiar. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. In a Strip mall, but we were lucky to have found the perfect spot when craving a breakfast meal. Fluffy pancakes, filipino food and more delicious tretas. Fast service, parking, one bathroom.

It was a regular diner atmosphere. Monterey Joe omelette left a lot to be desired. The banana crepes were delicious. Coffee $4. That didn't make sense to us. So we won't be back.

Visited on a Thursday morning around 10 while on a staycation with family in town. There is plenty of seating and we found a table right away. Coffee and tea were brought out very quickly. We ordered the normal breakfast (two eggs, meat, hash browns , and toast) in this particular case I choose scrambled eggs, spam, and pancakes (which I totally love having as a choice instead of toast and at no additional cost), we also ordered the French toast platter with bacon. Everything was absolutely delicious. The pancakes were perfectly golden and tasted very good, the eggs were perfectly done, not to dry not to wet, and the bacon and spam just right.

Breakfast was delicious, always is. Ruthie is an amazing server and long-time friend. We enjoy going there for breakfast at least a couple of times a week. Her husband is awesome as well. It's very pleasant there. ❤️

This place is a gem! Great food in an easy to reach location with outstanding service. Marina is just north of Monterey and a nice break from the crowded establishments on Cannery Row and the Wharf area. We visited Veterans Day weekend and walked right in around 9:15 am. By 10am there was a line out the door! This is clearly a local favorite--and we know why!
