I use to frequent Dametra Fresh several times a month spending upwards of $50 to $75 per visit. I use to really enjoy the food. However as of late things have changed with the customer service, food quality and overall cleanliness. My last few visits the customer service wasn't friendly. I also noticed a price increase and a huge change with the food quality. Things that I had enjoyed in the past were no longer good. The meat was very dry and no longer soft and flavourful. The sauce that I always bought extra portions was sour and the meal was a sloppy mess. I was really upset. When I voiced my concern about the experience I was told not to return. Well that is exactly what I have decided to do. I will never support this Dametra or in fact their other businesses in Monterey or Carmel. I no longer trust their food quality nor do I trust their sanitary conditions. Expensive, poor customer service and bad quality food.

My lamb and beef was a dry, oily, bland portion and just seemed like it was sitting there for a while in the pan before I was served. They were cutting some meat fresh off the spit and I wish I was getting that.💯
Got a couple of plates to go...when I got home there was no pita bread to go with it. 🤷

I came in with my 13 year old to a warm smile and pleasant girl behind the counter. She made our order quick and the food was fresh! I loved the kebab meat, the hummus and their bread. I also tried the baba ganoush. It was amazing. We decided to sit in the side area which is there really cool bar and restaurant seating as well. Not sure if it was the manager or the owner but he was so kind, telling us we could sit there and next time we could even order from there at the tables. Service was incredible, also got to watch football on the TV. Nice atmosphere. Can't wait to come back.

Big portions, friendly service and tasty!

Mid tier Mediterranean at an expensive price, especially for the portions given.

Hummus is tastes like store bought hummus. Chicken Schwarma and Gyro meat is good though.

This is basically Chipotle for Mediterranean food.

Great Mediterranean fast food establishment. I would rate it expensive given the portions provided. Honestly, I can’t complain about it, but I wish sides were more generous. They limit pita bread to one piece per order. Extras can be purchased but not for cheap! Still, I do recommend it.

As a mother with a toddler I was very upset the restrooms didn't have a changing table. If they did somewhere else, it was not posted.

Really enjoyed the lentils & rice (small size is a ton of food!), with the caramelized onions. They recommended to add pickles on top - definitely do that, if you like pickles. I added a side of falafel with tahini. It was a lot of food and definitely hit the spot.

The food was so good, the service is good, they have restrooms there, parking but the food was little expensive
