The food was terrible. My soda was warm and had no ice. For a Friday, it was empty. They didn’t have most of the items on their menu and kept asking if a substitute would be ok.

Food is ok but not great. The place didn’t seem clean.

Pretty small space. We came in and stood in the entry for a few minutes. No one was around so after a few minutes we just left.

It’s definitely more of a lunch/ dinner place, but the food was great and the staff were friendly

Nasty papusas!! No flavor, greasy, microwaved rice and beans!! No cheese inside the papusas. I should have known when I walked in, there was not a soul in the whole restaurant.

The server here was extremely nice! I appreciated the server being so kind and understanding, since we had two little ones and our youngest is still learning to eat. Therefore, was quite messy. The food was good. Though, I will say some items were tastier than others. The chicken sandwich I had, you could tell it was an actual chicken breast and it was seasoned well. My husband enjoyed his burger and my daughter liked her Mac & Cheese as well. When we were there, we pretty much had the place to ourselves. I'm assuming we came at a good time. We will definitely return.

My first experience at Evelyn's was last year. My first impression was of how clean the space and windows were. Not a single fingerprint was on their glass. That means they pay attention to detail.I ordered salad and pasta. They were fresh, well seasoned and perfectly prepared. My friend ordered the steak. He's Argentinean and loves his steak. He loved this one. The portions are perfect and the prices are VERY affordable in today's economy.As a former Chef, I'm confident when I refer Evelyn's to my both local and tourist for a great quality meal.They don't have a liquor license in case you like cocktails.

Great food for a great value...American food as well as Salvadoran staples...They work hard to please the customers and you can tell they want to create regulars!

Love love love this restaurant. One of the best in marina for food, quality and friendly service. Their steak, pupusas and shrimp Alfredo are my favorites.

This was the first time my husband and I ate at Evelyn's. My daughter went there before and told us how good the food is. Finally, decided to give it a go. It was quiet, but the gentleman there was polite and kept checking on us and the other couple that was there. The food was delicious! I was stuffed! Would definitely recommend!

Support local hard working families and get great food while you’re at it. Stop going to the chains, this place has great options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is homemade and fresh. The horchata is excellent, so is the salsa!

I wish I would have taken pictures. This was our first time visiting. Everything we had was delicious, starting with the chips. We started with the bean and cheese popusa, and the revuelta. My husband had the chicken piccata and I the chicken Alfredo. The agua de fruta, refreshing and delicious. Lastly, the service was outstanding. We will definitely be back. #marina#staylocal

Went here because it shares my name, and we figure why not. We ordered the Revuelta, Frijoles, and Loroco Pupusas and the Horchata. All of it was delicious. I especially recommend the Frijoles Pupusa, it was my favorite. They also have the best Horchata I've tasted in my life, not incredibly sweet like a lot of Horchata is. My Mom forgot her credit card there, and they were super helpful! Totally recommend.
