I have to say this Jack In the Box has the best staff in all of Marina. I frequent all the restaurants regularly and I have to say Gloria...is the kindest, human, beautiful person I have come across in a very long time. I am now devoted to Jack... McDonald's in Marina used to have nice staff but Matthew left and the manager there has denied EBT usage by saying the machine doesnt work. She is rude and makes the staff uncomfortable...people need jobs and we should be happy to serve...Gloria is a shining example. Give her a show of appreciation!!!

Ordered online munchies meal. Got the double jack, 2 tacos, onion rings and shake. Open the box when I get home. They didn't forget anything they just literally gave me 4 small onion rings and half a fry that I didnt order. So they understood that I had ordered onion rings and then literally decided to give me 4 onion rings not even in a container. Don't know the right word to describe a person that would do that. Can't say they deserve minimum wage because they make more now. So the excuse is?

This location did a great job educating me on how teriyaki veggies can be ordered for $1. If you are looking for a quick healthy snack side orders of brown rice + teriyaki veggies are only $2.50.

Tried J I T B after so many years The grilled chicken sandwich was great and their Oreos Shake was delicious too.
Food is great, but it really sucks to drive out of your way to get an early breakfast and they say they're closed or there are cones in front of the drive thru. If you don't want to work early hours just close the restaurant.

Idk who is working 12/3/2024, but they need to find a new job, if they think "no ketchup" means put so much in there that's it's basically a ketchup sandwich. Who even puts that much ketchup on ANYTHING!? Did I get pranked? They put ketchup on both pieces of bread, and under the cheese. I'm having a hard time feeling like it was anything but hateful!
