There was a couple people waiting to go in this morning and he was calm and patient with us all. I'll probably return in the future just based off the interaction this morning.

AGAIN, I AM PISSED. I ORDERED A 8 PIECE ORIGINAL CHICKEN ONLY. I ASKED THE YOUNG LADY WHAT PIECES WERE IN THE BOX. SHE STATED: 2, 2, 2 & 2 MEANING 2 BREAST, 2 WINGS, 2 LEGS & 2 THIGHS. GOT HOME AND REALIZED SHE LIED TO ME. SHE GAVE ME 4 WINGS, 1 BREAST 1 THIGHS & 2 LEGS. I WILL BE GOING TO THE LOCATION AND SHOW THESE REVIEWS TO MANAGEMENT FOR THEIR FEEDBACK AND MY APPROACH WILL BE IN A RESPECTABLE MANNER. I DON'T APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO!!!!

I am freaking pissed. 8:10 PM and no original dark meat. Gave all white meat crispy and it was hard as hell. Employee should have informed me as to what I was getting regarding the type of pieces. I AM FREAKING PISSED DUE TO THE FACT I WASTED $26.00 ON SOME PISS POOR OVERCOOKED CHICKEN. THE ATTACHED PHOTO IF PROOF. I NORMALLY NEVER LEAVE SKIN ON CHICKEN UNLESS IT'S NOT PREPARED PROPERLY WHICH WAS IN THIS CASE???????????????????

This KFC cooks the chicken just right other branches sometimes overcook and still give to customers. The original chicken is just right. The cashier Noris was very friendly and knowledgeable she suggested items on the menu and the price was right, I can tell she cared about the customers. I recommend going to eat here to enjoy KFC.

They gave me a sauce packet with a hole in it. I paid for it and they gave me one that could get me sick. I don’t recommend this place and I hope whoever is in charge takes action. I am very angry, I was ignored when I tried to get a new sauce packet.

This place doesn't have grilled chicken, even though they advertise it.So, I ended up getting the original recipe, but it wasn't fresh...The service was ok.
KFC has the best Hot Wings in the area.They are selling 8 Hot Wings for $4.99/ order, and when I visit I usually get 3 orders, eat half for one sitting, and then devour the other half the following evening. I highly recommend the wings.Features: At your discretion

My wife ordered big box meal of 3pc chicken(original). Order initially did not have biscuit and she had to ask for a biscuit after paying. I opened box and it was crispy/spicy chicken. The crispy chicken was old and dried out. The chicken was salty and unfit to eat. Returned it and was questioned by clerk whether I bought it there because I forgot receipt. Told her it was their chicken because they were only KFC within 10 miles of area. Offered to replace but I just wanted payment back.

They constantly make mistakes in their favor. So we ordered breast, but got ribs like 3 time's now. :( might stop ordering if this keeps happening. Plus they try to upsell me - which is not called for!
