If you want to feel like your eating in a old restaurant from when Marina first incorporated, head over Marina Village Restaurant. It's like the owner never wanted to change. Also this was the place back in the day where the politics of Marina were discussed by the old timers. Oh the food is OK.

I love everything about this restaurant. I always love going here. They have really delicious food for fair prices. And the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.Vegetarian options: Their salad and ranch dressing are to die for.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for infants and toddlers.

So much great food, was one of my favorite eateries on my weekend jaunts to the peninsula. It was always so hard to decide on what to eat. Its all so good. I think one of my favorites was the corned beef hash. So much flavor. Mixed with an egg. I also loved their chicken fried steak. So crunchy and delicious. The onion rings are a real.hit. You can't go wrong no matter what you eat

Hey You

The first thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell. To me It smelled like cat litter- but to my husband he said is was old oil smell. Either way very bad. I should have walked out then but still decided to go with it. After sitting there for a min we just decided to split 3 pancakes just because the prices were high. 3 pancakes were paper thin for $9. My husband had 4 bites and was done with his half of the pancakes. That's how small they were. If you go here it will be a mistake. Worst restaurant I have ever been to.

We wanted to eat as a family not at Denny's for dinner and found Marina Village Restaurant. The service and the food was fabulous, much better than Denny's!! I highly recommend it!

Loved going here and being the only people. Cute old school vibe diner. They also offered teriyaki beef which I wanted to try. I love where diners have options like this, esp asian foods. Great service. We had a steak sandwich and it was delicious.

Lived in Marina for many years decided to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, the prices are expensive for the very tiny portions you get. I even paid extra for extra cheese and a grilled cheese sandwich and all I got was thin little pieces of cheese that didn’t cover the bread. I ended up spending $140 for myself and my family to eat. (4 ppl). No one liked their food. Their drinks were horrible. The waitress didn’t know any of our questions she constantly had to go and ask another person before letting us know the answer. Then one of us was served the wrong food. We will never do there again.

The Marina Village Restaurant is a very old run down diner. Everything about the place looks old and just not a welcoming atmosphere. When I arrived the owner was watching TV while she was seated at the counter area cutting her toenails. The restaurant was stuffy and definitely not comfortable. I just got myself a drink which went immediately in the trash and left. Menu was basic American diner food with a few Asian dishes. After witnessing the owner cutting her toenails I definitely would never recommend eating here. In my opinion that's just disgusting and absolutely vile.

This place has potential but they need to make some changes. They need to be open from 7-2 every day. Especially Saturday and Sunday! Focus on killer breakfast and lunch. Forget dinner. Dump those old Budweiser neons in the window. It's a cool old Marina spot but the way it is now is blah.
