Came from SF and had this as I was visiting friends. This would be one of my favorite restaurants if it was near our home. They do everything right. Charcoal with the bbq, homemade mandu, put mandu on parchment paper so I doesn’t get soggy, handful of banchan, tofu soup hit the spot too. The neighborhood is lucky to have this restaurant can’t wait to come back

The food here is definitely tasty and high quality. The bulgogi was flavorful, tender, and served sizzling hot, and the side dishes (banchan) were fresh and varied. Everything tasted authentic and clearly made with care.

That said, the prices felt a bit out of place for the portions you get. The servings aren’t very large, especially considering the cost, so it doesn’t feel like the best value compared to other Korean restaurants in the area.

If you’re looking for good flavors and solid quality, this place delivers. Just be prepared that the portion sizes are on the smaller side and the bill might be higher than expected.

I am extremely dissatisfied and offended by the service at this restaurant. The staff were completely disrespectful and lacked basic manners. The moment we sat down, they were already rushing us to order, as if they couldn’t wait for us to settle. When our bibimbap arrived, the portion was ridiculous—hardly any beef and mostly vegetables. On top of that, the side dishes were only enough for one person, yet they expected the two of us to share such a small amount. The staff kept coming back to our table nonstop even when we didn’t call them, making us feel uncomfortable. While we were still eating, they had the nerve to ask if they could take away our plates and then shoved the bill at us before we were even finished. To top it off, they laughed in a way that felt insulting and degrading. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. If this is how your workers behave, you will drive customers away and ruin your restaurant’s reputation.

My daughter and I went in for Bibim Bap. It was not a good experience. We have been going there for years but it wasn’t the same.
No beef and the gochujang was horrible! It had no spice to it! It’s like they are catering to the American flavor.
I had tea, and couldn’t get a refill?! What happened to serving it in teapots?
This Korean gal, won’t be returning!

Not a fancy place, but the service and food is amazing. Ive been to a few kbbq places, and this one I'd have to say is right up there with the best of them. The quality of the meats was top notch. They have homemade sides that match the amazing meats.

Went in thr afternoon. Had the Galbi Tang, very good. Big bowl, rice, and plenty of banchan. Forgot to ask but do wish it was served with gochugaru or that spicy paste (not ssamjang or gochujang), forgot to ask so no ding on them. Always seems to be one lady doing the front end work at any Korean restaurant I go to and theyre always so nice & efficient. Definitely coming back.

My family had a really disappointing experience at this Korean BBQ. We were a group of 7 and were seated at a table with two grills. When the server came over, she recommended the Marina Combo, which it says was good for 3–4 people. We also ordered a hot stone bibimbap and japchae, which we felt was more than enough food since a few of us are light eaters.

To our surprise, the staff brought out all the meats and began cooking on both grills. We assumed they were simply splitting the Marina Combo between the two grills for convenience.

However, when the bill arrived, the total came out to over $500 because we were charged twice for the Marina Combo apparently because we had two grills. The server insisted she had explained that each grill required a separate combo order, but none of us recall being told that. If it had been made clear, we never would have agreed to that much food or cost.

Excellent restaurant and staff, with great meats and a variety of fantastic Korean classics like soups. Highly recommend it! Fair prices and again, great people.

The food was extremely expensive and you only get a little portion of beef, chicken, and pork. Not really worth $$ u pay for.

The food was alright, but way overpriced and you get better food, more complimentary side dishes, and nicer service at New Korea a couple blocks away. Also, facilities were kinda dirty. This is definitely a one-time visit for me.
