In my opinion this is the best Pho on the peninsula ( it’s all about the broth!). There are 15 different Pho dishes, including a vegetarian option. The summer spring rolls are delicious and there is a wide range of noodle and rice dishes as well. They don’t rush you out, even when they are busy. It’s in a very old shopping center/ strip mall and you might not stop here unless someone told you about it. Well I am telling you, you should make a point to stop in for a meal.

Took our niece for some pho and egg rolls. No thrills quiet restaurant. Food was good. Service was so so. They don’t really check in on you. The food was great so there wasn’t really a need for them to circle around. Would have been nice to get a refill on my water though. I got the rare steak pho, my niece got the rare steak and meatball, my husband got the Mì Xào Thập Cẩm (combination stir fried egg noodles) overall food was good. The ratings were good so we wanted to check it out.

The food is very good. The broth was clear and tasty. tai(raw beef) and nam(flank) were also good. Shrimp fresh rolls were good too, made freshly. Overall, very solid, authentic Viet food. Located in strip mall and clean but basic seating. Prices are in line with other options nearby.

The flank and tendon pho was good. Combo might be a better deal though.

Very mediocre place and food. We were visiting and are from Sacramento, where Vietnamese food flourishes. The food felt like it was missing something. We ordered beef ball pho, vermicelli, fried rice, and chicken wings. The only good dish was the fried rice. We seated ourselves, menu is under a glass on the table, servers will serve you when you look ready.

I just wanna give you guys heads up that they give you one plate of bean sprouts per table. They charge you extra per sprouts plate for $4.99 or $4.95 without letting you know. We were party of 3 adults and everybody ordered large phos with 2 appetizers.
The staff are very friendly and helpful! Thank you!--Andrea

This place had me in Awww with how traditional it is and how low key the location is but all I got to say is this is the best Pho I've ever had in my life to top it off with 2$ hot tea and avocado smoothie not only is the ingredients amazing this place will leave you full and your money well spent :-)

Well to be very honest with you the food outstanding!but customer service kind of bad, I hadn't even finished my order when the waitress just closed the notebook and left, so I called her to let her know I wasn't done with my order.Again food is always amazing but customer service could use some work. Always make sure I stop here when I'm in town. If I'm craving pho, it's usually this place I'm thinking of. Definitely recommend.

The cold night salty pho craving was hitting hard and Pho Lucky Noodle House did not disappoint!I ordered the Beef Tendon Pho which came with some good chunks of meat, noodles, and a side of lemons, Thai basil, jalapenos, and cilantro - all a must for an authentic pho meal. The broth was absolutely savory and delicious. $12 for a small bowl was an absolute steal. Service was quick and prompt.
