I am a college student here, I always come here when I need to be filled up. The bowls are so amazing compared to other poke places here. The staff is always friendly and nice. Kid-friendliness: This was my daughter's 1st experience with poke! The owner came out during our meal to check how we liked our food and to meet us, which I loved! And then hearing it was daughter's 1st time, she gave us more food to try! What a great example for my daughter! Some go to In N' Out when they get into the area. Our first stop is Poke Bar. I was excited to revisit recently after moving out of state and hoped to talk with the owner, which I got to do. She assembled our orders, offering advice on what paired best. I had salmon and tuna on rice. My husband had octopus and scallops, which aren't options near us.
