Horrible service, ok food and a weird vibe... I literally watched the girl working tonite leave my to go food she said wasnt ready for 15 mins. I sat there, i finally walk up and she lies right to my face. "Oh it was just made" there was lots of other mad customers. The orders are just about always wrong too. I will never recommend this place to anyone, no wonder its always so slow there

Food is great we always love to get a Smash burger when we’re in town but it is rather expensive and the service is friendly but never seem to helpful regarding redeeming points on the app or checking in to earn points. Always seems like a new hire working the register and food can take some time to get to the table…that being said the food is still worth it! Especially the double mushroom Swiss burger ??Parking: Parking lot is rather small and compact and share space with Starbucks drive through so you can get stuck trying to leave and unless someone lets you pass through the line of cars to get out of the parking lot, you could be stuck for a while people don’t like to let you through because they think you’re trying to cut into the Starbucks line so this is a bit annoying when you just need to leave and get on the road.Kid-friendliness: It’s definitely kid friendly there’s hamburgers and french fries. Something for everybody and the atmosphere is not too fancy so kids would definitely be welcome in here without any problems.
Horrible service. Everyone was super rude starting with the guy taking orders. Didn’t wanna even take orders and kept rolling his eyes at anyone trying to order. Kept complaining about how people were going in there and they didn’t want to work anymore.
Came in 20 mins before closing , and still got a fresh hot delicious bacon cheese double, fries and drink. While I waited for my to go order the manager chatted with me and she was so nice and fun to talk with. Definitely will be back. Food and staff was top
