I typically don’t have issues as I order on the app, and today I redeemed my birthday drink with my usual substitution of oat milk because I am lactose intolerant. I took my drink with me to the beach to enjoy the sun and read some, and I’m sure you can see where this is going, but the drink was not made correctly because an hour later I had the stomach rumble that meant I needed to get home quick. Thankfully I made it but what a way to spend my birthday! Please take caution with milk substitutions, I’m not just ordering with oatmilk and no whipped cream for funsies.

Extremely busy and low staffed with seemingly unhappy staff. I'd rather, next time, hold my order for coffee at a larger Starbucks. I saw a lady have to wait almost 10 minutes for a employee to grab her 2 cake pops for her kids. And there was only me ahead of her. It looks like they fill orders for pick up before they fill orders for in store customers..

The Barista was rude and was like “ You did not say that”. When someone is making an order you should never be rude with them even if you do not understand their order. I hope they do better customer trainings for their Baristas.

Been here many times since they opened, never have I had such a bad visit as the most recent. Charlene took our drive through order and was very rude the whole time. My fiance ordered a venti dragon drink and and she proceeded to scoff and say "dragon drink! I've never heard of that" and made my fiance feel absolutely stupid. Then when I ordered the summer Berry lemonade she asked "with water or lemonade" in a very angry and impatient voice. I said "oh I said lemonade please" and she huffed and sighed and acted like a huffy 15 year old and not the 65 year old woman she was. Then at the window she basically handed us a drink and closed the window. Then she handed the other one and slammed the window shut before we could ask for straws. She got the drinks wrong even though we clarified it 4 times. So we went inside to exchange them and she proceeded to glare at and IGNORE MY FIANCE AT THE REGISTER. Fire this woman.

Stood at the counter with no acknowledgement and had to ask to have my order taken. Very rude and short. Am a gold member and visit a lot of different starbucks and this was the worse one ever. Not coming back to this place until they change their staff.

Cashiers don’t know the ounce equivalents of tall, vente, and grande. I wanted a 12 oz drink and they insisted I choose tall, vente, grande, because they had no idea what 16 oz was. ???
