Cashiers don’t know the ounce equivalents of tall, vente, and grande. I wanted a 12 oz drink and they insisted I choose tall, vente, grande, because they had no idea what 16 oz was. ???

Visited this place often to get some matcha latte, the place is brand new, place is well organize that's why 2 stars for that but the thing that I always notice is that its workers looks like they do not shower no cleanliness, slow, workers are too laud when they are talking.

Edit: came back to this location and they messed up my order in the drive thru and didn’t know until the window because they didn’t repeat the order or have the screen working so that was followed by the worker slamming the drive thru window in my face. Was so excited to get a drive through Starbucks in my neighborhood but it has not been great. The service is always slow, it doesn’t matter if you order ahead or not. As well as the staff almost always get my order wrong. It’s very frustrating and will likely stop going to this location.

All of the bad reviews for this location are valid. I was really looking forward to this location because I seem to only want coffee when it's peak time at Starbucks. This is our second time with a bad experience. This location should remain close until they iron out the things that are not working. There always seems to be something "not working". On top of the things not working, the staff are rude. They just don't care to provide good service. Most of the time at the Target location they are welcoming and offer better than good service and they're fast too. Sadly this specific location seems to have missed the "we rely on our customers" speech. I did not try the coffee as both times I've tried on a Saturday morning all I've gotten is long waits, no coffee, and spoiled attitude. During our second visit my husband experienced situation where a customer was frustrated and very visibly upset and I know it was for the same reasons. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Target has a Starbucks and a drive-through near it.

Drive thru took over 30 mins with three cars ahead of me. Staff was rude, didn't even say hi, just handed me my sandwich which was cold and my drink and closed the window.

I felt like one of the other people I was excited about the new location closer to home had a drive-thru instead of going all the way over to the Target location which by the way is a great location don't get me wrong it's just closer for me to come to the new one but it has been disappointing they close way too early and they open too late they open 5:00 a.m. some people leave for work earlier than that they should open at 4:30 or 4:15 a.m. like the one in Sherwood gardens in Salinas that would be great 4:15 a.m. or even 4:30 a.m. to 5 a.m. I mean they close too early like others have said and some of the employees aren't very enthusiastic or friendly I was just there tonight about 15 minutes ago same thing not friendly hope things improve there a lot of people were looking forward to that new location not looking so good right ?

The drive thru line is always extremely slow. I tried to order a drink at 7pm and the staff claimed they were "closed" but they close at 8pm.

We were so excited for this new location to open, but it has been nothing but disappointment. We assumed since they would have a drive thru now that they would extend their hours but no they close pretty early considering the location by target closes later. We always try to mobile order but they never have anything available or they turn off the mobile order feature and we can’t order ahead. We live closer to this location, but still have to drive out to the target location. They’re nice & fast anyway so we’ll just have to keep going over there, but why open up and renovate a new location if they’re just going to be terrible.

Incredibly slow. We waited exactly 30min to get our coffee that we ordered online. Very unwelcoming staff compared to the Starbucks by Target. Three times we have tried it, and were disappointed the three times. Definitely need more people working at rush hour. Not bit*chin about anyone, I know they do what is humanly possible for them, but it is simply unacceptable. They should hire. [And don't tell me there is no people to work, i know personally a bunch of people who sent their resume who were not hired or were not even called for interview]
