Heidelberg Germany Starbucks has the Best good looks for outstanding atmosphere they added Black ceiling, Mirrors and 2-3 Chandeliers! It sets the Perfect Mood! Btw your chocolate and butter croissants warmed up are just Delish!!!

I came here for a pumpkin spice latte, and I was not disappointed. They made the drink correctly. This is a large Starbucks that offers a Wi-Fi and a work area. I would say the staff is not too friendly perhaps as they're busy. The wait for drinks was reasonable. The Starbucks is located with a new shopping area of South Marina South it's a nice area to visit.

This is feedback for this establishment to recognize and hopefully improve the way they treat their customers. Good and bad behaviors start at the top. I am a regular Starbucks customer, since I moved, I stopped coming to this particular location. I was in the area and decided order in my regular Starbucks drink through the drive-thru. I asked for a Venti, iced blonde Americano and a side of pumpkin cold foam. This is a drink I'll order when in season. A supervisor by the name of Stephanie was taking my order. When I order a side of pumpkin cold foam, it usually costs me $1.25. Stephanie rang me up for a Venti iced blonde Americano and she said that she needed to charge me five dollars for the side of pumpkin cold foam. I let her know that I am a regular and it normally cost $1.25. Stephanie let me know that she was the supervisor in charge, and previously people that have rang me up. Do not know how to ring up a side of cold foam. She gave me attitude and the tone in her voice changed right away. I asked to speak to the store manager and she said that she was the only manager at the moment. There was complete silence then she rudely said, "what do you want me to do for you" in a very rude tone. I normally don't contact corporate, lthough horrible customer service is unacceptable. In this case, I did contact corporate. Unfortunately, they could not take down the exact name of the person that I was dealing with. I want the store manager to read this message so hopefully other people do not have to deal with such attitude. Like I said, in the beginning, behaviors start from the top. If your a person of authority and your employees, see this kind of behavior, more than likely, others will start to treat customers the same way. I hope things get better for this location. None of us need to be treated in such a way.. Thank you.

It took 30 minutes and still hasn't gotten to my drink. Went to the employee I'm late to work I'll get my refund. Showed her my receipt but gave me only partial. I told her about the drink. She said you could have told me. I told her well you should told me it's going to take 30 minutes. Before this happen one of the baristas asked about need cups. Venti cup to be precise. Then the same barista said don't get me cups right now. I need your support here. I'm thinking wait a minute she asked for cup and another barista went to get cups then now she's getting on her really. This was the second time at the same store that telling the employees that I want a refund.

Consistently disappointing. Don't order more than one drink per ticket. They will make one and forget the second every time. You will have to ask and wait another 10-20 minutes. Don't expect them to stir the contents of your drink together either. Instead you can do it yourself in your car while trying not to spill sticky coffee on the side of the cup and your car/clothes.

Ordered at the drive thru tonight. Ordered Flat white made with heavy cream and sugar free vanilla and pink drinks. Flat white tasted weird. Waste of $7.15 for it. Usually that's my favorite drink.

I've always had good experiences here. I typically pre-order on the mobile app and run in and pick it up. The drive-through usually has a line. The people are always friendly and I get my order quickly when I get in. The parking isn't the best. They've only not had something I wanted once (vanilla...eek!) But, it happens.

Nice little SB's. Tight parking but they have a drive through if you can fit. Nice barista on my visit, went out of her way to get my drink just right. ❤️??

Two stars because it is clean and has clean restrooms. I don't understand that when you order online and you go in to pick up they are selective on saying who's coffee is ready. I'm also tired of paying for coffee that isn't made correctly. To top off when someone orders extra what ever and are paying for it, add extra!! I work too hard for my money to pay for bad service and my drinks not being made correctly.

Baristas seemed to be untrained. I ordered an iced green tea latte and this is what they gave me. It looks like a milk with clumpy green tea powder. I was wondering if they were mistaken and they said it is the correct one. I ordered same one at the other Starbucks Marina branch and it doesn’t look nithing like this. It looks like a real matcha latte. I am very disappointed. I’m so hungry and looking forward for this $5 green tea latte and they give you milk with clumpy powder. Customers don’t deserve this kind of service.. To whoever served this, please give a better service next time.

On 3/18/22 came in at 830pm app states they close at 9pm, the 1 girl that helped me was extremely rude telling me they were closed already and had the lights off. 2 things that should happen in this situation either change the closing time on the app or change your closing employees.

Courteous service, but they were out of most breakfast sandwiches and a few drinks when I came in at 10:00 a.m.
