First tme I went to this location and I do regret it.
July 12 around 5pm...If I can give zero star I would to the barista name Anahi
Zero customer service. Doesnt greet customer,Im the one who greet her.To think its not even busy hour inside .
Doesnt know how to do the bogo (when buying one get half off)She just say "oh I dont know "with a mad face. Did not even tried to do it.
I ordered mango dragon fruit no ice venti, she gave me venti cup but its like grande.Very disappointing after a long day.This barista need more training for customer service very rude!Starbucks team has a very good reputation but having this employee around please think twice.

Heidelberg Germany Starbucks has the Best good looks for outstanding atmosphere they added Black ceiling, Mirrors and 2-3 Chandeliers! It sets the Perfect Mood! Btw your chocolate and butter croissants warmed up are just Delish!!!

I have mobile ordered here for years now and multiple times it seems the workers do NOT pay attention to drink modifications. Twice in the past month they forgot to put an extra shot of espresso in my drink as I ordered and PAID for. Acting like that extra shot is coming out of their paycheck or something.

Horrible baristas with attitude complaining about wanting to go home. I waited inside for 20 min to listen to them complain. Short male should be fired. He purposely took his time to make a drink, then just set it on the counter and walked away then made a comment about f’n white people. They weren’t even busy. Little fella needs to go work at the dump. He stinks.

Personal note: I don't usually leave reviews but I had to pop in to say HUGE thank you to the tall barista guy working 4/29/23 at 6:00 pm who made my drink. I order it frequently at various locations but today's order has truly transcended my ordinary experience to achieve Final Form. It can't get better than this. WOw. Super impressed. Thank you. I've always had good experiences here. I typically pre-order on the mobile app and run in and pick it up. The drive-through usually has a line. The people are always friendly and I get my order quickly when I get in. The parking isn't the best. They've only not had something I wanted once (vanilla...eek!) But, it happens.

Nice little SB's. Tight parking but they have a drive through if you can fit. Nice barista on my visit, went out of her way to get my drink just right. ❤️??

Baristas seemed to be untrained. I ordered an iced green tea latte and this is what they gave me. It looks like a milk with clumpy green tea powder. I was wondering if they were mistaken and they said it is the correct one. I ordered same one at the other Starbucks Marina branch and it doesn’t look nithing like this. It looks like a real matcha latte. I am very disappointed. I’m so hungry and looking forward for this $5 green tea latte and they give you milk with clumpy powder. Customers don’t deserve this kind of service.. To whoever served this, please give a better service next time.

On 3/18/22 came in at 830pm app states they close at 9pm, the 1 girl that helped me was extremely rude telling me they were closed already and had the lights off. 2 things that should happen in this situation either change the closing time on the app or change your closing employees.

DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!!!! Yesterday evening, March 5, some impatient young girl was working. I had ordered a pour over and they told me it would be about 5 min and to pull into the parking lot. My son went inside and kindly asked how much longer it would be after already waiting for 10 minutes. She was rude and screamed to my son and when I went inside she screamed in my face in FRONT OF THE WHOLE STORE !! AND GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK WITHOUT ME ASKING !! Very embarrassing and disgusting behavior from a worker. Will NEVER come to this disgusting place AGAIN!

I was there last night 8:46pm they got the dragon drink wrong and I spoke with Veronica today she said she was the manager but couldn't investigate what happened to my drink, I told her they probably add something that I couldn't go to sleep, she said her manager was on vacation for next two weeks and she couldn't do anything about but it but just refund the drink. I will never come back to this location. If you say the wrong word on how to order a drink they will take it personal and do your drinks wrong, it's very disturbing what they're doing. They should talk with their real voice s too.

I went to Starbucks, and I ordered a Trenta Strawberry Açaí refresher, no ice and no water. As the picture shows, they only filled the Trenta cup half way and the barista explained to me that from now on at this location, they would only fill the cups half full to compensate for the ice that would be there, but are charging the same amount for only 15 ounces of what should be a 30 ounce drink. They already raised their prices and are raising their amount of stars needed to redeem perks in February 2023 which makes it even harder to earn stars for beverages and food perks. It’s Ridiculous!
