My fiance and I's orders were royally messed up. Both our sandwiches had green tomatoes. They also mixed up what was on our sandwiches - they gave him my cucumber, spinach, peppers, sauces, etc. and they gave me his avocado. I was left with a cheese, lettuce, avocado and green tomato sandwich. I reached out to corporate for a refund.

This Subway in Marina certainly lacking Customer Service attitude. Its a wonder this restaurant lasted this long. I went there to order something to go and the lady was not at all wanting to take my order. But that ok because the last time I was here was two years ago. Place hasn't change, attitude is still the same.

Majority of staff are Super Friendly. What seemed like a new staff member treated me so rude, I do not believe I will be returning for a while. This person did not finish listening to my request and went ahead and put mayo on my whole sandwich when I asked for only half, after pointing this out to her, asking for each side different, she turned to another staff member and in Spanish spoke very disrespectfully about me as another customer translated. Not kool.

Great restaurant chain. Employees here need better wages / tips . It's sad it's overlooked just because it's a sandwich shop but you complain about a sandwich being $9 when clearly you can make a sandwich yourself at home that doesn't mean that you have to leave less tips in a jar just because a price was one thing a while ago you clearly pay $9 more than $9 for a combo meal somewhere else. Employees definitely make it a great atmosphere and who doesn't crave Subway ?⚡

The staff that worked the afternoon I visited were welcoming. The produce and bread doesn't taste as fresh as I'd like and veggies almost look dried out a bit or as if it has been sitting out longer than a day. Quality could be improved, but for a quick sandwich, it did its job.
