Thank you to the people working on 11/26/24 at 11:49ish , i have an eating disorder and have always struggled with eating. after a long 8 hour shift i finally craved food and Luckily Taco Bell is open , the lady at the register 10/10 service she was so nice and my food was great. i also struggle ordering food because i’m very complicated with what i eat but my food came out good and how i wanted , overall everytime i come late i appreciate everyone who works late and evertime i have came to Taco Bell it never fails me. Thank you taco bell please don’t stop being great

This taco bell had a vintage automobile themed design in the place a lot of fun
After coming home from a road trip, we decided to get Taco Bell. We ordered food for my boyfriend, mom, sister, and myself. We ordered 1 cinnabon 12 pack. We got home, started eating our food, and the cinnabon 12 pack was not in our bags. We went back to Taco Bell to get a refund. The manager was rude! He told us that he made that order. We reiterated that we did not receive it. He still didn't believe us and kept making rude remarks towards both my boyfriend and I. He even kept pointing at me and mumbling under his mask in front of other customers. My boyfriend told him to stop pointing at me, and we just wanted a refund. This manager should not be in customer service!
