Came from Big Sur and our big family is hungry on the way home to Lincoln. Decided to stop here today and expected great food choices. Theres a lot of choices dont get me wrong and Service is awesome. Food is not as delicious though. Rice is dry and, lechon kawali is not good, meat is just tough and not the lechon i know at all. Tortang talong is just bland. Place is also too small, not good at all if you have kids that need table and space to move comfortably. We stayed outside even if we feel cold. People are nice though.

Small and tucked away in a shopping center, this non-assuming little hole in the wall is easy to miss. But trust me, you do not want to.
I had dropped off my truck to have repairs done and was waiting on my ride. I hadnât had breakfast and just wanted a small snack to tide me over. Walking by, I smelled the most delicious odoriferous scents emanating from this culinary oasis. I went inside and was greeted immediately. They were still preparing everything for the day, but seemed happy to see me. I had a simply order of just four pork lumpia to go. The cost: $5!! What an incredible bargain in todayâs capitalistic free for all! I salivated at all the other food that was ready, but I knew the lumpia would fulfill me. I cannot wait to bring my wife back! BTW, the lumpia were divine!

4-19-25: New to the area, I was looking for a place to eat Pilipino food and I discovered TARA MAGAN KENI {269 Reservation Rd. Marina, Ca) Upon entering thereâs a few tables and you order from the dishes that are cooked and on display. So many dishes to choose from so I ordered Lechon Paxil and Diniguan with white rice and a coke to drink. The gentleman working told me to have a seat and he brought me the food out in a big to go box filled with white rice and Lechon Paxil, and the Diniguan in a 16oz size container. After receiving my food I asked for Bagaoong {Shrimp paste) it wasnât the pink one that Iâm used to but it was very good. One thing they donât do is small portions đ. Definitely will be back again, and they also cater so I will be ordering when I need to for a potluck

My partner grew up with good Filipino food and he was very happy with the pork adobo and poncit. The two men serving were very kind and the food portions were very good. The fact that they are pretty close to Watsonville is good too. One thing about the adobo is that it seemed to have lots if fat, gristle and bones to pick through, there also eas quite a bit of meat. My partner says It's supposed to be like that for flavor so there's that. Will definitely return. They are the best Filipino food nearby.

My husband and I decided we would see what kinds of food they had well to say the least the lady ignored me. I told my husband WOW that was rude and I was going to buy a nice amount of food. I will try again another time hopefully this next time I will not be ignored. The place wasnât even busy either so thereâs no excuse to not serve me.

Owners come from Pampanga, the culinary capital of the Philippines where I happened to come from. Their food is delicious and prices are reasonable. The people are friendly and there is wide selection of dishes everyday. Itâs the closest I can get food from my hometown đ Great for grabbing a bite if you have no time to cook because of work.
