The chicken is delish and moist however the make it yaki style (extra charge) was bland for the veggies. Disappointing because they were bland steamed veggies. The house sauce has a good enough spicy kick. Noodles were OK.

Super disappointed in my online order today. Went to pick it up and was told they never received my order but turns out it was given to someone else before I got there. Another one was made but serious attitude. Not my fault employees don't know what their doing. Now someone has my phone number from the receipt and the wrong food. My name is not common so how can you mess that up. I will not be coming here again any time soon. Do better and hire the right people to work here. Sorry I even tipped for the horrible service.

I hadn't eaten here for a long time and I'm not sure why. I recently downloaded their mobile app, and have found that it's super handy! There's no wait. I just walk up to the counter, am quickly greeted and handed my food. It's always piping hot! I try not to eat fast food. Chipotle, and now this place, are my go to places for a quick meal. I like the chicken teriyaki, the sauce is really good. The sticky brown rice and veggies are delicious. The veggies aren't soggy, and usually more al dente. I feel less guilty about calories when I order from here. I'm glad I returned to this place, as it seems to have improved a lot from my first experience.

Came here and ordered two, Spicy Teriyaki chicken bowls, with one prepared with just yakisoba and the other one is yaki style. According to the menu, Yaki-style is just a stir fry of the protein, noodles, and veggies. What I got for the Yaki style add on (pictures attached) was a stir fry smothered in a Tangy spicy sauce. The sauce was very overwhelming that I had to pour it out onto the lid of the bowl. To management, please mention in the Yaki style add on that the noodles will be stir fry with a tangy sauce, most customers would assume that it's just a regular stir fry with soy sauce mixed in.

Horrible this place steals ur money. I went into this location November 6, 2023 @6. Stop to get dinner. Place was empty no line. I order two meals one meals, I added an extra protein, unfortunately I never got the second protein drive home to find out I only got one protein so I called the place just to talk to an unknowable woman who said refunded in 3-5 days. Lady said she was manger her name was petra or something. Never got refund and never going to back to any madness place is no good!
