I recently had the pleasure of trying the Carrot Ginger Soup from Up Country Cafe, and I have to say, it was nothing short of spectacular—definitely the best soup I’ve ever tasted! The blend of flavors was simply divine; the sweetness of the carrots perfectly balanced with the zing of fresh ginger.
The texture was smooth and so flavorful, making every spoonful incredibly comforting. I loved how each ingredient was so vibrant and fresh, showcasing the cafe's commitment...
We were hoping for a sit down restaurant but this was fine. Coffee refill was said to be not as much as first cup but no price given? I like to know what I am going to be paying! A little more selection would be nice. The BLT was very good we wished we could have had the other half though. I know its far away from city & do understand prices etc. just venting.
Such a cute little place! Even though it's small, it has a decent amount of seating, and there are plugs at pretty much every table. That combined with free Wi-Fi makes it a perfect place for remote workers! I only tried the brewed coffee, which was good, but all of the sandwiches smelled amazing.
