Stopped to get a chocolate milk shake and boy was it good!! I would say the person who fixed it liked chocolate because most the time there is never enough chocolate and it still taste like vanilla and looks like vanilla!! Best shake I've had and sometime!

Jacob is my favorite BK employee of all time. My second time here and he is the most helpful guy, asked me every possible combination of items. Just saying, he rocks. Currently my favorite BK.

I stopped at the drive thru for breakfast this morning. Jacob introduced himself at the speaker, so I assume that was also him at the window. After asking if I wanted my receipt, he asked if I wanted a crown. I excitedly took it. I am many, many years beyond the age of getting a crown, but it totally made my day. So, thanks, Jacob. My sausage croissandwich meal was good, too.
Sadly this Burger King has gone downhill and fast. Used to get hot fries, not anymore. Cold fries. Oversalted, half soggy. I always check the bag once they hand it to me in the drive-thru, checked to make sure all items were there and had to ask the lady at the window that i was missing items. Was advised to pull around front and they will be brought out. 10 minutes to get the missing items. Unfortunately this happens almost everytime i go there.

Did not answer phone. Finally picks up but food never arrived. Lost 2 dollars on the 1 dollar menu! Horrible cause it is just gross

I ordered a bacon melt through the drive thru. Had no bacon on it. Had to walk in to get it prepared correctly.
