If it had an option for no stars, I wouldn't even press. Gordo burrito, so small, all tortilla, barely warm , had my receipt to get my money back , after driving back 45 minutes away, and they told a me no money's back and I HAD TO TAKE THE BURRITO. RUDE EMPLOYEES. IM STILL WAITING IN MY CAR FOR THEM TO HELP ME.

The biggest reason for a 1 star rating is being charged 3% surcharge when using cash! This is a drive thru order
Also earlier this year their portions got way smaller and the cost is up about $5 for the same order
The food is gone down hill and so has the customer service. Trust me when I say service with no smile, an RBF at best

Last time I ordered from this location I asked for the pico de gallo with my chicken plate when I got home I didn't have any in my bag. I did not complain. This time I asked for pico de gallo and didn't see the separate container they always put it in. I opened my food and it's already all over my chicken. Why is it not in the separate container it usually comes in? I'm very disappointed on how I'm continuing to receive my order. It's only at this location because yuba city does not do this. Where is the management and accountability?

Seems like Antonio’s has lost their touch. Not sure what’s going on if the owners have stepped out of day-to-day operations or what but the customer service is absolutely nonexistent and the food is 50-50 hit or miss. Not to mention you get charged a completely different price for your food every single time that you go there. The reviews are speaking for itself at this new location, Will the owners do anything though? Probably not
