I was on a road trip from San Francisco and decided to stop at the Burger King located at 1101 N Beale Rd, Marysville, CA, for a quick bite. I have to say, the experience was amazing thanks to the General Manager, Mariella. She was so nice, helpful, and truly went above and beyond with her customer service. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and dedicated to making customers feel welcome. If you’re in the area or passing through, I highly recommend stopping by this Burger King. It’s not just the food that’s great, but the service makes it even better!

Decided to walk in Burger King today around 8pm and the staff was really friendly and eager to help out, if I had any questions about how to use the kiosk machine to take my own order. The food came out surprisingly quick for me and my husband too! Highly recommend if anyone is interested in big burgers and really nice ice cream cones for 89 cents!

Decided to stop by to try Burger King and to my surprise the food was hot and fresh. If you want quality food I recommend stopping by since they are quick with service too.

This location accepts EBT and that's great except we were overcharged $4.58 and since they can't refund EBT they refused to offer another product so they just keep that extra $. If i reported this to the EBT program they will prolly pull this restaurant from the program

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes for 8 tacos. When my order comes to the window, I'm only given 4 tacos. Had to wait another 15 minutes for the remaining 4 tacos. So half the food was hot the other half cold. Burger King, you must do better.

This place is definitely improving from the last time I visited! The line at the drive thru moved fast, and my food was hot and ready by the time I got to the window the cashier was also super nice and friendly!

I submitted this drive thru order at 7:13pm and arrived after 7:25pm for pickup (I believe the app said "ready for pickup around 7:23pm) got to the speaker and told them my name for the order and they said they got my order and it'll be ready at the window. This drive-thru is always really slow so about 5-8 minutes later I get to the window and the employee tells me I owe over $44. I told him I paid online and then told him my name again, he closed the window and looked to be just now starting my order (milkshake specifically) and then came to the window again to ask me to park out front and he'll bring it out. After parking out front it's about 7:50pm by the time I get tired of waiting and went inside to hear my name being called out to the dining area (he sounded annoyed like he'd been calling for a few minutes at least). I told him that it's my order and I was told to park out front. He just said "well I have it ready now" he then proceeds to go make my daughters kids meal (so not ready?) I asked the other patron next to me if they had been calling my order inside and she said they had been for awhile.
I get home and my daughters milk with her kids meal is sour, the two small coke zeroes and one Large Coke all had no syrup, so were just carbonated water, and the milkshake was completely melted and no longer ice cream.
The wait was terrible (around 40 minutes total), the quality was not good, and the service failed hardcore today.

I have no idea why, but Jesus Christ let customer use a restroom. I don’t know why, employees were knocking to the door of restroom which has been occupied by myself for few minutes. And they are coming back again and again after I said some one is here, like I just said someone is here why in 10 sec employee coming with his coworker and again knocking to freaking door. Highly not recommended!
Went in there on Thanksgiving day and it was very busy but my food came out pretty fast and hot! Also everyone was very nicr and helpful
