this place needs new workers who want to maintain business , i mean if not ice or flavor of soda out most of time, whi in charge of supplies. then lousy self serve machine making it worse for people to make orders...just close place if can't manage it... just a waste of time going there...drive tru takes for ever to get tru.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. It is notorious for long drive-thru Waits up to half an hour and they don't know how to park the car at the window. So other people can go through. The management here is horrible

The manager routinely doesn't open on time. Constantly items shorted on orders. I don't know who owns this place but they can't be making money.

First I get hour lunch, waited in drive thru 45 min. Paid $18 for whopper meal & bacon double cheeseburger, made sloppy, squished, no care or thought was used while making. Workers should think "if I was paying this much to eat would I eat this?" Take pride in what your doing, customers don't want soggy buns, sloppy messed for outrageous prices. I couldn't even eat it and it was a major waist of money, I haven't been to a burger King in years and probably won't go back.

Come here often cuz the only other one is across the bridge. I ordered a whopper Jr asked for no mayonnaise and extra pickles. I was charged like 60c for the extra pickles. They put mayo and no extra pickles. I didn't notice til we left. I had already had to go back in because they didnt give me my fries.

I have been thru the drive thru in the early morning and have sat waiting to be greeted at least. if your busy just say that you will be with me in a minute. Don't just not answer. Other times i have driven to the window after no answer to find no one at the counters. If you don't want our business, then turn the lights out and don't offer breakfast. i have worked for Burger King when it was new and we prided ourselves on customer service and prompness. The public is what pays your salary.

I don't know what is going on with this new staff but ? I have been a bk person since I was 16 and this was the worst service ever got my order wrong 3 times and I even spoke to manager and she didn't correct anything got it wrong again please ? fix this staff thank
