In town visiting family and wanted something quick. The staff was super friendly, food came up quickly and the order was correct. A quick shout out to the young lady running the front of house tonight 12/29/25 around 6:15pm. I didn’t catch her name but not only was she kind and helpful to patrons, she thanked her fellow staff for what they were doing. Outstanding Job. Great customer service.

Malachi was extremely likable from the moment he said, how can I help you from the drive thru speaker. He was patient and explained items without condescending tones or impatient sighs. He didn’t do the ever so irritating, “anything else” after every single item that we asked for. When he came outside to personally hand us our order, we were even more impressed with his manners and honest enjoyment he seemed to feel when we engaged him and wholeheartedly exclaimed he’s been the best example of customer service we’ve had in a very long time, and whoever raised this young man, raised him well.

I get the location reflects the upkeep. Sometimes I am surprised at the staff and their communication skills. I have on multiple occasions wanted to just drive to the window because I couldn't understand what the staff was saying

I would not recommend going to this place for absolutely anything. Even the restroom is beyond gross. The food cooking area is pretty nasty. I will say the workers some of them are quite nice. There are a few others that don't care at all. Definitely one of the worst fast food places I have ever been to in my entire life

If I could give a zero on service and atmosphere I would absolutely. This pink haired lady I believe was really short and rude and I had one car behind me. I told them “you can be a little bit nicer” and they replied with “sorry I’m just busy” but you’re literally not. I’m a waitress my love I know busy. Stop being rude ❤️

Friendly employees and clean restaurant. Looking in from the drive thru window, the floors look spotless. That is rare in fast food.
Kid-friendliness: Only have a 4 piece chicken star meal for kids. My 10 year old needs to meals.
