I usually like going here but I’m so upset idk if it’s because they are new workers but they messed my order up and they didn’t want to remake the drink for me . I spent $22 they told me I would have to pay extra . This drink literally went in the trash because it was terrible . It was a female with long brown hair looked waved . Unfortunately I didn’t get a name . It’s around 9:20 pm on oct 1st. Maybe you can talk to the workers . Dutch bros is usually accommodating .

After waiting at the drive-up for a while, the guy taking orders came out and walked by saying ill be right back and processed to walk away. I just drove to the window, especially when it's i hot triple-digit day and you are not used to that kind of weather. Then when we got our drinks 2 out of the 4 tasted like a bunch of syrup was poured into the cup, which was super sweet, and I didn't care to drink a syrup iced coffee.

Just ordered 2 drinks. One is iced instead of blended as requested and the other isn't half sweet as requested. Terrible service

I stop by here when I need a bit of caffeine and have a trailer on I can park up and walk up and grab a cup of hot coffee, not the same as Starbucks but they are all different and the variety is pretty good.

This is my first negative review I’ve written about a place, but I see another review for probably the same girl named Sam. My order was taken by a short hispanic girl who had long, straight black hair. She had rude responses, rude tone, mean girl energy and was generally uncomfortable to talk to which is very unusual for Dutch bros employees. I always have welcome, warm experiences with workers except for this girl that my friend and I had the displeasure of ordering from.
