All the ladies here are super friendly! I’m a regular that goes inside the store daily. Never have I had a negative experience here. Whoever orders for the store, they could bump their on hand counts on some things by one or two cases.
Nonetheless the store overall always looks good. Bathrooms are typically clean.
In my opinion. Being a former Manager at a convenience store/ gas station. You can always tell when employees care and respect their manager.
Y’all should be proud of the work you do! Good job!
Old staff was on point. Waited. Fifteen plus minutes. Cause the employee was too busy talking to the other employee
During the workweek mornings the ladies making blended drinks are awesome.
Best in town for coffee

I went there this morning at 4:30am 07/02/2024 to get a cold brew on my way to work. The lady that was in there saw me waiting in front of the window, she kept on walking past the window, looked directly at me, did not stop to ask me or help me with anything!! If she doesn't want to work, then why be there? I drove through the drive thru twice...did not help me once!!

It has been a few years since I have been here, but I will, never, ever return to Freetime Java, nor will my husband who is a much more frequent customer. Earlier tonight, my grandmother was taken to the hospital, and after being in the ER for hours, I needed a break and DIRE need of some coffee. I went to her house to get a few things for her when she is discharged after which, I went to Freetime Java, it is the only actual coffee shop open at this time, and there is not much more that is unappealing than gas station coffee that was brewed hours ago.I pulled up at the speaker around 2:15 AM. After sitting at the speaker for about five minutes before being even acknowledged, a woman came on the speaker and immediately said “I have to go on my lunch, I’ll be back in 30 minutes”. it definitely caught me off guard, and I had said, “ so I can’t order now…?” But got no response at all. I sat there for another minute or so before backing out. It might be worth mentioning that there was a car in front of me at the window.Primarily, my frustration and irritation is with the business. if your staffing numbers requires that you need to shut down for X amount of time so the employee can take their lunch—post it. Make it known. Something!!! The employee was also very rude though. There was no “hi” no “I’m sorry, but…” no nothing like that. I genuinely would have left disappointed, that is all, if there would’ve been at least a smidge of good customer service provided when telling me that I couldn’t order.Even if they are the only coffee shop open in the area., I will never return there or to the gas station even.

Delicious coffee!
I've been going there for years always polite people working however tonight's graveyard shift was behaving atroeissly toward the customers waiting in line at the drive threw having their friends drive up and conversing w/them 15 min at a time using foul language so loud I could hear with engin ,music&air on. Owner should make huge changes to that shift 7/2/2023
