Had to wait 30 minutes in line to get my food. Once it was my turn I was there for another ten minutes, only for them to try to give me someone else's order. Then after a little bit longer I got my food only for them to get it wrong, forcing me to wait even longer. Even after they fixed it they STILL got it wrong. Won't be coming back here

They are slower than a sloth. They make you park in front because they’re being timed. They never have but two employees working at any given time. The only plus is you can order a milkshake at 2am and actually get it. The food is cold 90% of the time. Their fries taste like they cook them in the microwave. None of the “cooks” can read or they just don’t care about any special requests. Just a horrible experience every time I go there. I do not recommend this jack in the box.

Just went through drive through and spent $50 and food was cold ,there wasn't cheese when we ordered it and also no condiments when we asked. And now they won't answer their phone
The counter service was very slow. I admit they were very busy homeless people coming in grabbing cups out of the trash and filling them up. People yelling out in the parking lot. And the place was dirty.

I was in line rum rum rum rum rum " then the guy in front of me moved up and so did I. Rum rum rum rum rum " oh ! I'm up rum rum rum , then I put it in park and the nice girl gave me my food , off into the sunset I puttered .... rum rum rum " SHIFT ! And rum rum rm....rum..... aaaaaand good by !!!!

This jack in the box is pretty quick. I would like it better if they made the fries fresh everytime. They mostly are done fresh.
Vegetarian options: Great salads, their tacos are vegetarian, they use vegetable oil,
