My friend walked to get takeout at 8PM . After her order was ready they assured her everything was in the bags, and she specifically asked about the burrito. She gets back and the shrimp burrito that costs over $10 was missing but we were charged. She walks back to get it and is given attitude. One woman worker commented in Spanish to another that she had already cleaned everything up for the evening. They grudgingly made the burrito but when my friend gets back from her second walk to the restaurant, we find they really messed up the burrito. It had very little rice and was drenched in pico and hot sauce which she had specifically asked to be left off because I can’t eat anything spicy. There was so much spicy sauce it had to be on purpose. So the over $10 shrimp burrito was inedible and had to go in the trash. In addition our tacos were soggy and bland with no sprinkled cheese and one had a burned tortilla. We also ordered fries specifically with no salt and they were salted.
Service and the food at Jimboys has been getting worse and worse. We have ordered often and the food used to be so good, now it’s spotty at best.
This place is so good. I miss the place in Carson City,

The people were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. I will definitely be returning when I'm in the area. Unfortunately no one has poured water down the drains in the restrooms so the sewer gas smell was coming up pretty strong I went ahead and took my cup and poured water down the drain in the men's room by the time I was done eating the smell in the men's restroom was gone hopefully they will continue to pour water down both restrooms in the future. This should be done weekly to keep the gas smell out of the restaurant

I have to say, this was the nicest taco I've ever had! The bacon the cheese, the chicken, and the creamy avocado!!! They sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top, and it makes it so good! I got the loaded quesadilla, and it was bomb diggity. The sauces are amazing. It was $11 and some change without a drink. Definitely worth the stop

Pros: Fast food with a restaurant feel. Service ppl were very nice. Food was really good. Didn't have to ask for extra sauce or napkins cuz they already had it included. Cons: they only offered American cheese for their tacos... I'm not a fan of American cheese .. so major bummer with that. And the roads around the area and all the construction... Holy moly Yuba city/ Marysville.. how y'all deal with that chaos?
