There is no more atmosphere here the staffs just like robots going through the motions and the food has really gotten awful it's not the same as it's always been since my first time seeing one in '67!!!

We were talked to VERY rudely at the window and continued to rush us while we were ordering for two people and a child. Then in the middle of ordering she starts giggling then says “wait what was the drink sorry” in a very rude monotone manner. We love this McDonald’s but not whoever took our order with the poor attitude. If you don’t wanna work somewhere, you don’t have to! :) and if you were distracted just ask us to wait a moment instead of acting like in a way we’re interrupting you…

I don’t frequent this franchise, and I usually know not to especially visit this location. Ordered one sandwich in drive thru. Waited at first window few minutes, asked to scoot to second window. Waited at second window for a few minutes. Asked to scoot down to a parking spot. For a sandwich… are they having to go buy the ingredients off site and come back? I drove off, no sandwich.

READ ALL!! This mcdonald’s is the WORST mcdonald’s i have EVER been too. EVERY SINGLE TIME the food will have to be waited for and will STILL come out COLD AND HARD. i still give them the benefit of the doubt every time and go back and order the chicken nugget meal and EVERYTIME WITHOUT FAIL we have to pull to the reserved for hard reheated food. The sodas aren’t carbonated half the time and the SWEET tea is NEVER sweet. i would absolutely give 0 stars if i could. ALL THE STAFF need to be fired and get new staff that are trained PROPERLY how to make and serve edible food. I would LOVE for the MANAGER AND STAFF to try the food they serve and see if they would continue doing what they’re doing. HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!!! DO. NOT. GO.
