They need way better management, they never know who is at what station order my breakfast at 10 and been waiting in the parking lot for 35 minutes. They always look lost and manager avoids to look at the front counter when all you want to is ask for a update on youre order

Rude manager every time I go here. Cold stale French fries and chicken nuggets. Imagine being the manager and you have a stank attitude. Way to set an example For your employees. Lol. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Customer service sucks here.

First they wouldn't accept a mobile order, so I go inside they are out of about 75% of sauces and multiple flavorings, they tried to short me on my change, waited a half hour for my food even though they had about a dozen people in the kitchen but only a couple people actually working, missing multiple items in my order, and all of the food was cold. If the franchisee reads this you need to spend some time and make sure everything is up to par and until I hear about changes being made I will avoid this location and all other locations you franchise

Horrible service . Didn’t even give me the correct food that I payed for then when I returned tried to insinuate i was lying bc I returned about 40 mins later because when I got home I realized I was missing my food so I had to drive all the way back . Rude manager bad service. Yuba city one is better
