If you're closed you need to post it.Also, when people book parties you need to be professional enough to call and let them know you have to close and refund their money so they can make other arrangements.It seems this location has a pattern of closing when people pay for parties and then makes it difficult to get a refund.Do better!

Food is as good as always. Portion appropriate cooked just right. Staff really working hard. Great attitude towards me and my order. I could not get through on the phone. I had to place my order in person. Phones did not work. I choose to pay cash for my orders and am unable to order on the app.

Normally Mountain Mikes doesn’t disappoint. I’m not sure what was going on this day. It took over an hour to get our pizza. The fountain drink machine was having major problems. The salad bar looked good but I didn’t get one. The staff was really friendly but I hardly even saw anyone. They were all in the back the entire time. Maybe they were short staffed? It felt eery. It didn’t smell like pizza in the restaurant, which is usually a sure fire way to get the taste buds excited. Also, we followed the maps directions, and it led us to some sort of street/back parking. I didn’t really know how to get in the parking lot and I’m not familiar with this area as we were just passing through. The pizza did taste good when we finally got it. I will probably not visit this restaurant again.

Dont expect help with getting the sports games on the TV's, they don't know how ... My boyfriend wanted to watch basketball while the kids ate and they didn't know how to work the TV's at all. While I understand they don't have it at home it would mean a lot to the customers if they could actually work the TV's because what's the point of a TV being on in the place if they can't work them properly and change per customer request. Seems like tvs might be more for looks than actual use. Thank you for trying but it was a big disappointment when your remotes didn't even work properly to try to change the TV myself as you suggested.They can't be bothered to put the toilet paper or paper towels in the dispensers and the girls bathroom sink is covered in rust all around the faucet and running down from the faucet so be careful. There are also no trash cans in the bathrooms.
Great pizza at reasonable prices. Good salads too! Nice selection of beer & wine. Friendly staff. Great place to watch sporting events. They let women watch soap operas during the day only. (OK, that last one is a lie, but you never know. Get there early on game day.)

I've been coming here for years. It's always great, and my kids love it. The customer service is always nice. I've only had one miscommunication with the staff, and they remained very polite, and the issue was quickly resolved. I also appreciate that the place is always clean when I go there.

I worked here in the past and it was terrible no one seemed to wash their hands management was very rude I went through the training got the stupid official shirt then I was treated like a new hire when I asked why both the manager and a long time employee acted like they didn't know what I was talking about seemed very funny would be placed on multiple deliveries would drive very fast to every stop yet the Regan lady would say I was to slow lol I was a combat driver in my infantry unit 10th mountain all the way yet I'm too slow idk terrible place to work terrible people to work with/for glad I walked out when I did

Update: my picture was somehow gone so I added it back. Go to Pizza Guy's everyone, they have cup and crisp too.Worst pizza experience ever...I was told 25 minutes and then I walked inside and was told, "Thats what they always say, but it'll be like 40 minutes or so". I ended up waiting 50 minutes for one large pizza! How does Costco make bigger pizzas in 20 minutes? They don't specialize in pizza. If they would've said 50 minutes I would've taken myself somewhere else. And then when the pizza's finally done it's cold. How is a fresh pizza cold? But wait, there's more...I ordered a Pikes Peak and asked to add pineapple on one side and they ended up just giving me pineapple with zero meat on that side. If they were confused why didn't they ask? I clarified I wanted the normal pizza plus pineapple to avoid confusion. And on the side with meat, they acted like I said "light meat". They could offer another pizza for free and I wouldn't even take it. Not like the employees were rude...just lazy. Do better because I don't pay $30 for cold, slow, and wrong. By the way, I never write reviews but y'all did me dirty tonight.

I normally don't write reviews but I was very disappointed in our pizza tonight. It was extremely undercooked. The dough was not cooked. My husband had to put it in the oven for it to finish cooking.
