The pizza is always good, most of the servers are friendly and they could use better chairs for the customers to sit on but we come here every once in a while

Papa Murphy's has great pizza but, I'm in a wheelchair and they dont have dalivery Plus they don't take credit cards over the phone so I can't order and someone else pick it up.

The pizza is great. But man that service is awful. The team is highly disorganized. The shift leaders have no clue what's going on. The location is a joke. I'll give them one more chance and then I'm done.

It’s good to see a place that still hires a young people giving them work experience.
If i could put zero stars, I would. But this doesn't allow me, so I'll go with one.I WONT be coming back to this location again. My cousin and I walked in to order a pizza at 8:05pm. There were 2 young ladies working. One brunette who was helping another customer preparing their order; while we got the other who was rude as hell from the moment she saw us walk in! Red headed, ugly frown, and nasty attitude! Off the bat without introducing herself or even saying welcome in she asks, "Do you have a mobile order?" I answered no and she gave the BIGGEST and loudest sigh with an eye roll and decides to say k what do you want. I then politely asked her if we were too late to order and she states, "Unfortunately you're not. I have to make you a pizza because it's not 830." My cousin and I were completely baffled at her disgusting looks and comment, so we just decided to leave and not trouble the employee to do her job. I'm sad to say this because I've come to this location several times and have never been treated this way. I've worked in the food industry and managed 3 facilities as well, and I would have never hired an inappropriate and disheartened person to work in my store. I get it, your closing time is at 830 and I apologize for not checking the time before coming to place an order. But a whole 25 minutes before you close to prepare a pizza that would have taken less than 5 minutes, it doesn't really seem like we were asking too much. I hope management sees this and takes action immediately to their staff about being so unwelcoming and rude to their customers. Good luck to those who come to this location!!!

Kind when approached, ordered online which says they can make the pizza at a certain time, but was very very rude when she told us that they only make the pizzas when you arrive, which then they should update their website. We told them that it's fine but it says otherwise online so that maybe they can educate others by not false advertising, and she just said that she wasn't the owner. By the other comments She had a very snotty tone and then sarcastically said, "have a nice day". By the other descriptions in the other reviews, they describe one of the "not trained enough" girls.
