We are coffee conasuers . Grande white chocolate mocha with an extra shot of espresso. This location opens up at 4am. Making it the earliest option to get your coffee. They did get our order wrong. Gave us a bigger coffee , can't complain but just need to listen to the customers.

Today I went through the drive-thru at the Starbucks in Marysville, and for the first time in a long time, my order was made perfectly. I had the pleasure of being helped by a new barista, Magdalena and she absolutely exceeded my expectations.
Magdalena was patient, kind, and answered every question I had about my drink without making me feel rushed. After several visits where my order was mixed up, she was the first person to get it exactly right, and on a day when I really needed that little win. Her attention to detail and genuine customer service truly stood out.
She is an amazing barista and deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise). Because of her exceptional service, I’ll definitely be returning to this Starbucks more often. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience today! it turned my stressful day around and reminded me what great customer service looks like.

Today November 7th I went to this location for a matcha latte as the ni e clerk helped me I asked with no ice real quick a rude and unpleasant voice asked if I wanted extra milk I said yea yea its fine. When I picked up my order the lid had a hole and spiled it all over my shirt on top of that the lid sis not snap on the cup properly, I didnt understand how it was not busy at all they can miss and make mistakes like this im very grateful it was not a hot drink I had to run home and change my suit I will start going to Dutch after this incident very disappointing.

The only Starbucks my son & I go to. No matter how busy, the lovely staff always takes the time to indulge my son when he says “order for Emmett” at the speaker. They greet him excitedly & make his morning. He loves “his girls” there. They go above & beyond. So hard working & they all have the best attitude every day. I can see they aren’t just this way with my son & I. They truly make all their customers feel welcome & appreciated. Thank you guys for the daily smiles! ♥️

I ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade. It wasn't made properly At 4-27-25 i order a black sage lemonade, and they say they don't have it anymore. Very dissatisfied.
5-14-25 i came to order a black berry sage. Lemonade, they said they were out. What's that satisfied
5-15-25 came back today. They're out of there, black berry sage very dissatisfied
Save your money and patronize a better business possibly in a better city. One of the most incompetent Starbucks I've been too. Ordered a trenta ice tea when I got to the drive up window they handed me the tea when I asked for a straw they said they didn't have any. I told them I didn't want the tea and I wanted a refund, she reached over and handed me a straw. The ignorance of this crew amazes me

This is my favorite Starbucks in Northern California! The whole TEAM here is friendly and attentive! Yaya and Amy are my favorite’s!! Not very competent staff. You will stand by the cash register for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledges you’re there, but that doesn’t mean you will be able to order. This kids are running about like chickens with their heads cut off. No direction. This morning I saw people standing in line and some leaving because they had to wait for a long time. So, if you are going to work in the morning and hope to grab a quick coffee at this place it won’t be quick. Well if you’re retired than you will be just fine.
