Personally I don't buy anything myself, I do pick up alot of doordash orders in the early mornings. An what can I say. Vibe is positive an upbeat, Employees are attentive an assertive, only complaint I really have is the fact I have watched 2, 3, an sometimes 4 set of hands touch my order during final step of getting order out.. like 1person will start it by getting bag an cup carrier, maybe put an item in then walk away few minutes go by then 2nd looks round maybe puts some item in then disappear like Casper so a 3rd will ask if I'm here for soNso's order.. an they either finish putting it together or get all items in an 4th comes along an Seals bag an hands it too me!! This has been only down fall I have seen.. other than that them ladies all work as a great team an #PositiveVibes!

Worst Starbucks ever. I have came here 3 times and everytime I’ve waited 15-20 mins for a drink. I’ve had to have them remake it twice. And the lady with red hair and tattoos is so rude. Highly recommend ordering from across the street

I went to buy through drive thru and I asked the lady if she could serve me in Spanish and she told me wait a moment and immediately someone took my order in Spanish, which I liked and they were very friendly ❤️

This Starbucks has the absolute best customer service. The staff will always greet me and tell me to have a good day as I leave. Ive been served my drink or pastry at the table I wait at every time they aren't busy. They all seem to be kind to all people even as it gets very busy. Ive worked for Starbucks in the past so it means something when I say that they actually make all my drinks correctly which can be hard to find. As I'm writing this review, a barista checked in with me as she was cleaning tables. This store must have an excellent store manager.
The drinks seem too sweet and not enough coffee flavor but not giving to bad of a review, the staff was nice and had my drink out quickly and chatted with me while we waited the short moment for it to be done.Dietary restrictions: I love how they have different milk options available, oak milk, almond, and half n half

The store was busy busy on this Sunday morning. We ordered three drinks. Our order taker was friendly and answered our questions about the featured drinks. We ordered a sugar cookie almond milk latte, gingerbread oatmilk chai and a caramel Frappuccino. Starbucks is also offering a free hot chocolate which we gladly accepted although we had to ask for it. All drinks were well made even though it took a long time to receive them. Restrooms looked clean however the fixtures looked old and stained. (Definitely looks like a bathroom makeover is necessary). Dining room had small debris all over the floor. And as drinks were coming out you could hardly hear the names being called out.
They take forever to serve you. On one of the busiest days of the year (Christmas Eve) they should have more personnel working. I've been waiting for my coffee for more than 25 minutes.

This Starbucks was absolutely disgusting! Trash everywhere and the bathrooms had an inch of water pouring out of the sink and onto the floor. There was garbage everywhere, floors wet, floors filthy, it looks like it had not been mopped in the last month. I literally turned around and walked out. I’ve never seen a Starbucks this disgusting. And there was several workers on duty that could clean the bathroom.

Walked in for a pick up order 15 minutes after ordering. It's still not ready. 3 employees saw me come in and said absolutely nothing, just looked. (No idea why) in the past 4 weeks or so I've had every drink made wrong. Everything from not putting the shots in a venti iced vanilla latte to not putting in the vanilla. I'm completely done with this location. Won't be back. Sick of bad service and employees who can't multi-task when they make drinks. Even spoke to the manager one day (by chance she was at a table) and they just can't seem to get things together at this location. When I finally did go back for my items they were waiting on the counter and melted ice with cold food. SMH. I've also had my drink either not made or someone else takes it, so I have to wait. To frustrating to keep dealing with this location.

A hit and miss! My caramel macchiato drink is never made consistent, always different taste, texture, color and oftentimes the caramel drizzle is non existent. Leaves me disappointed more often than I'd like. Sometimes i had to throw it out because it was that bad.
