This is by far my favorite Starbucks! I asked YaYa and Amy why are the drinks here taste so much better than the rest? They both responded, “They are made with Love!” I believe it!! They are my favorites!! They do make the food and drinks with love! Thank you Ladies!!

This was a great idea to flip a home in Kelly ridge but the fires were the most likely the part where I almost came out less than even on this investment, but I got lucky and did the work myself , 😜 bathrooms up grades and new gass pro pain tank, inside painting, new water heatrr, land scaping really deep cleaning the storage shed and the 2 shops that were just ment to be homes for people , never got that far, no contractors avable between COVID and being evaluated five times was not anything to mess with, the deer and squirrels are on everyone property walking through the golf course and the homes open gated just for the deer 🦌 to rome as they please , the hickung p area is just breath taking with the dam so close it draws fun creatures to look at along the way , the hills are just rite for bike rides, the casinos are on each side of Oroville it's self making the buffits worth the ride ,

I hadn't had a cup of coffee in 3 weeks pretty much almost anything would have been OK but the coffee tasted like water gave it back got another one tasted just as crappy..... extremely disappointed because Starbucks coffee is supposed to be on the stronger side!

We had the displeasure of the Starbucks Barista - David - at the 10th and Orange Starbucks drive thru serving us. His service at the ordering screen was less than enthusiastic. He sounded like he didn’t want to be there. No worries, we had a pick up order and didn’t need anything further. We pull up to the pickup window and he doesn’t even have the niceties of a Starbucks representative to greet or look at us. He opened the window, handed our drinks in a drink tray with one hand. If I hadn’t caught the drink tray, he would’ve spilled all our drinks. No apology for his reckless handling of our Starbucks order, and until the end ignored us as loyal Starbucks customers. If this is what Starbucks chooses to hire and represent as their company, then we will take our money elsewhere.

My husband and I were in town from out of town and stopped by this Starbucks and we were very pleased with Brandon’s customer service. He has been the best customer service provider we have had at a Starbucks. He suggested drinks after asking about how our day was going while waiting for our food at the window. He was very kind and I did not want to let this moment go without notice. You go Brandon!
This Starbucks is my favorite local coffee place and it's not just for their delicious food and drinks, it's because of the staff. The staff are genuine down to earth people - I really enjoy our chit chats while I have a quick wait for my custom drink. The line always moves fast, my order is always correct and I leave feeling good. Thank you Starbucks for hiring all my favorite peoples. :-)

Big thanks to store manager Allison. Best customer service ever. This girl knows her job and delivers superb customer service. Had a few altercations with different employees and she fixed it right away and is the reason I still stop here every morning for work to get my iced decaf mocha and cheese danish lol. Just wanted to take the time to say thank you for always making my morning better!
