I've ordered from the melt down many times. It used to be very good. I always order grilled cheese for my son and paud extra to add bacon and they can't ever remember to add the bacon. This time, not only did they forget the bacon but they added pickles. My son didn't eat it. Door dash gave me a credit but that isn't what I wanted. I wanted my son to have a grilled cheese with bacon. Also, my sandwich was poorly put together, had no sauce added to it and was just very underwhelming

Absolutely the worse food I have ever gotten. I got ten unseasoned fries with an undercooked sandwich and the meat was covered with grease so it bleed through the b making it fall apart. Absolutely devoid of flavor stay away

The food was terrible I had more pickles than meat I got 4 pieces of meat and got about 10 horrible fries. This place needs to go out of business or get some better food. Wish there was a worse review than 1 star.

Savory & delicious!! Yum & prices are not bad. I only take 1 point I take it because I didn’t get a side of ranch which I specified & the order your make is limited. For instance, I ordered a side of ranch & didn’t get it so I thought that this the second time around I would get a ranch & specific instructions but NO. It seems like everyone at every one restaurant should ignore it. be in charge of to go & door dash orders ect,,, I don’t point the mishap at my door dash driver but the melt down specifically you should have rules & regulations & someone to check every order. It’s really important No matter what!! Because it could make or break a 5 star or possibly 2 stare review.
