This place is dirty and the employees couldn't care less. We had to leave after seeing the condition on the lobby. Several people on duty and they are clearly more concerned about visiting each other at work than the state of the store.

I go to this location at least once a week. Sometimes twice a week. Its conveniently omw to work. At least every other time they get one of my items wrong. But usually they handle it well. Ill go through the drive through and tell them I got a wrong item and show them and they give me the correct item. Then I just donate the incorrect item to someone at work. This has happened at least 5 times now. Well whoever worked today 10/3/25 at 8:45am didnt do this. When I pulled up to the window to get the correct item, she demanded i give the incorrect one back to her before she would give me the new correct item. If you made the mistake, I have to take my time out of the day and drive through and wait again to get a correct item. Which before has been fine because id keep the wrong item and donate it to a coworker. Was somewhat worth having to deal with their mistake. But now I have to give the item back?! Tell me how thats fair. If the next time they give me the wrong item and I have to drive through to get the correct item and they AGAIN expect me to return the wrong item to them, I wont be back. You will lose a very faithful customer. Very disappointed with the service today. Also, she didnt even say im sorry that you got a wrong item or anything. I think shes new. I haven't seen her there before.

Never seen burgers so small at Wendys. $47 dollars for two combos with microscopic burgers, and fries that looked and tasted like they went through the microwave.

Yet again... there is no ranch on the number 8. I've been coming to this wendys since they opened with high hopes that they could make their own menu items correctly. I shouldn't be surprised at this point that there is no ranch. Previous visits there was no carbonation in the soda or entire items were missing. If you go to this wendys take a moment to took in your bag, take a drink of your drink and then have them fix it right then and there. They never get it right.
