Large burrito which was mostly beans and rice but still decent. Tacos were better, but meat was a little dry or overcooked. Decent option somewhere in the middle of my "taco trucks" experiences.
While road-tripping, saw this place pop up on Google Maps. Off we went. Mimi's is a taco truck run by the NICEST woman, and let me tell you the two burritos we got ( chicken and beef) were the tastiest we've had in ages. We could have eaten them at picnic tables under her canopy, but instead devoured them on the road. Very happy to have come across Mimi's!

Wow this place is a hidden gem. I wanted carne asada burrito so we looked for nearest place and this came up. It's a small little town looks a deserted. This is a taco truck and is worth it. ?
