Sometimes I do inspections in this city (not food related), and when I’m in the area I try a different birria spot every time (there’s many). I really like this one. Super tasty. I had 2 tacos de cabeza and 3 tacos dorados de birria with cheese. Both tortilla types were really good. The birria was fresh and the consomé was super tasty, not salty or overpowering. I didn't give it a 5 because it took half an hour for a birria broth. When it was there, it seems that the cook was at the cash register collecting money and the cashier was at lunch? At 10 am? Well, what hours do they open? The place is very small. But the beer was good. Next time I think I'll order by phone and see what... also half a price.
