Worse customer service form staff and false information I don’t know why they try give false information when there promotion picture says the truth try to get my daughter a jr I ask it don’t give me a option for you she said she exchange it when got meal I said here is cookie she said we don’t u got a jr need order a double because it says so when took a picture she said u need buy it so had to buy my daughter a toy because she loves Scooby and ask can I just upgraded since I’m paying more she said we can’t u bought it in kiosk but wth that’s the only option in that location worse customer service

Good food no problem here , the team members definitely need to be re-trained or re staffed with more customer friendly staff. The staff member “ Rosie” was extremely rude to me when taking my order in the drive through and refused to give me her store number and name claiming it was on the receipt, with was not given to me or taped on my bag or food. I got off and walked into the store which she refused to help me and clammed she was the person in charge. With this Burger King being locally owned and operated I hope this message reaches out to someone who cares. As a loyal paying customer of this franchise ( since 2001) I will no longer be coming to this location.

Got my order from uber eats the drinks came with no ice one of the drinks had a hair in it and the chicken nuggets tasted like rubber and the whopper tasted like chemicals and had a very bad after taste.

This is the last time I go to Burger King 30$ for some sad ass sandwiches .. Smaller than the palm of my hand and I have small hands l o l... For ten dollars less, I could have gotten two deluxe breakfast at mcdonald's....umm uumm... And it doesn't even taste good anymore. It doesn't taste the same.I think they are using cheaper suppliers please....

I don't even care to give them 1 star. Their customer service is poor, I went threw the drive thru and ordered. Coming home I see that they gave me an order I didn't even care for. Why don't I go back? Because I Live in hp and because of the road construction on slauson. First time I've ever ordered there, and it's definitely my last!! I went around 515pm drive thru on a Thursday just so you'll know what to expect!!!
