Idk if the girl in the drive-through was new or just having a bad day at work. But she seemed mad, flustered, and unorganized. She got upset because I forgot to order a water and soda at the box and did it when I got to the window with her. Then she didn't ask me if I wanted sauce for my chicken fries, so they were DISGUSTING ? but the burgers were good ? ?... I might have to try a different location cause this one wasn't it ?♀️

I stopped by this remodeled Burger King in maywood and to my surprise is very clean employees very nice, friendly and helpful but what the heck they covered all windows and doors with publicity of kun fu panda and it feels like your in jail no can see in or out stupid if you ask me won't take my family because feels like a box nice clean box

Very horrible service by gano team member some slim guy with glasses who cussed me out and didn’t want to give me his name and refused too even tho they are supposed to wear a name tag which he didn’t have on in and was urging at me and cussed me out in the drive thru just because I wanted to get my mobile order and stated that on his side I didn’t order anything and said I can just order again and made no sense, what the point of upgrading the place and making it looks nice if the customer service there is no good at all worst customer service ever Burger King y’all need to train your employees a lot, lot better and to no cuss at the customer service and to top it off the food was cold too smh hope yall do something about this asap
