This Jack in the box was the best for 7years, unfortunately now we have young adults working who treat it like its a juvenile hall lunch service, they are rude, they don't have any customer oriented experience, they serve nasty burned food and when a customer wants to exchange or get money back they give a “if you get lucky your food comes out good” or like what i over heard the so call in charge of night shift say about the customer infront “give him the special treatment” wich means mess with his food in jail terms a serious disrespect. These are the same employees that want a raise and give no effort to doing their job right, the food is not free people pay to eat and the service we get is as if we were getting free food. The restaurant owner needs to come check out this location before it goes out of business due to unprofessional employees who think they own jacks and treat customers in a rude manner.

I went here for coffee and they saved me money by suggesting a regular like I wanted. They were patient, polite & asked if I wanted cream & sugar. I loved free WiFi & spacious parking ?️ because I didn't have data on my phone. It was a quiet place. They even checked the Lakers score with Manager to see if I could get free Tacos.
