This place is absolutely horrible. Everyone was extremely rude and disrespectful to me just because of my appearance. I got mean stares by all the employees working tonight 12/01/25. Rosemery S was at the cashier tonight & she was very unpleasant & rude. I ordered my food and she changed my order after asking me to review it. I also asked for a specific drink and she charged me for a different drink. This place was just closed down due to vermin infestation and I think they should close down again.

First of all they always have very long lines to order food and this time only had 1 reg open, and to find out they don’t even accept Discover and HAVE NO SIGNS TO LET THE CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF TIME, all that wait to find out I had to go get cash, taking my order where they have the food looks very messy and and not clean, I ordered carne nachos and a carne burrito, finding out when I get home my nachos only had cheese on them, I was so upset that they didn’t give me what I paid for, I called the store and the supervisor already know what had happened like they did it on purpose, and he told me to go back and they would fix it, like what????u want me to go out my way and waste my time to fix your mistake???? VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and food was mid
