They gave me spoiled potatoes, they were covered in fat and had a bad taste. I showed it and asked for another one. They didn't replace it for me, I threw it in the trash can at the seller's office. I regret this because I should have taken the photo first.

On 01/28/2024 in the morning I went to this McDonald's and the cashier on duty was quite annoying and rude. I asked him for help to pay with my gift card and he simply said that he did not accept payments with a gift card and I asked him if I could spoke to the manager and he only said that the manager was not there and that there was nothing to do because he was not receiving payments with a gift card. It is quite disrespectful to me, why do they sell gift cards if they are not going to accept them later? !!

It's like this McDonald's wants to get sued. I am sensitive to caffeine so I ordered a decaf coffee. My mood was weirdly elevated but I didn't think much of it. Hours later I am experiencing anxiety and bordering on a panic attack. I'm only left to suspect the "decaf" coffee because I haven't felt like this in years, since my very last cup of coffee gave me a horrible panic attack. Good thing I don't have a life threatening disease where coffee could kill me when this McDonald's was so careless about it
Worse McDonald's I have ever been to. Restaurant is always completely dirty. Food is not cooked right and served cold. I also witnessed one of the managers say racist remarks to African Americans. DO NOT COME HERE. Almost any other Restaurant is better than this specific McDonald's. Do not waste your money on this McDonald's. They also take a very long time to get you your food because the owner always keeps the staff extremely small because they don't want to pay hard working Americans a lIving wage. This restaurant should be closed down. The owner should be investigated too.DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S.

(12/03/2023) came to this McDonald's drive thru earlier today and experienced some of the worst customer service ever by 2 young males. Advised them that there were missing items in my order, clear with receipt that confirms payment and evidence that they weren't in the bag. Took about little over 15 minutes to fix the issue for 2 items, holding up the line which would upset most, as it should take 15 minutes to clear most drive thru. These boys seemed to take their work unserious and with major lack of respect and should consider joining the cleaning crew as they lack maturity. This location should consider major evaluation and feedback in their customer service as it is clear that this is a repeated issue.

People are OK and their srrvice is fine. However, the fast phase and pressure makes them miss the important step to verify the food they make to customers. I received a burned bun with my muffin and egg sandwich. They were kind enough to exchange it once requested for exchange.
